Wife was looking for a dress to attend a wedding. Staff was very helpful and gave recommendations on different accessories to complement the outfits. Store was clean and visually appealing.

I was feeling nervous about a work trip that I'm going on and really wanted an outfit that helped me to feel confident. Zander (Alex) and Karen went above and beyond for me tonight. I'm so glad I came in! They helped me put together the perfect outfit that makes me feel amazing. Thank you! I'll be back.

Really disappointed today in my relationship with this store. My very favorite pair of business casual slacks are purchased from this location on a regular basis.
I have about three or four pairs of the same style of pant. I've worn them very little because of Summer this specific color about 2 times.
They were purchased in August.
The last time I washed this pair of the light gray, a weird straight line across one leg of the pants showed up after a set dry.
(I wash on delicate and set dry then hang in my closet).
To me it was very clearly a manufacturer's defect in the fabric.
They would not exchange this pant for any reason.
This frustration after trying to order the black and white polka dot dress that never came to the floor (fall catalog) for an event. I even set an appointment for a try on of this dress.
I was never notified it didn't come in and found out while I came in for my appointment on a Saturday morning.
I came all the way up from Erie.
Needless to say both of these situations have brought me to the conclusion that unfortunately the store is no longer a place to purchase my nice things.

i think her name is Dana, but she was so amazing! I had thousands to spend if i wanted to but my daughter and i did not look the part. She immediately got a dressing room ready for me, and 2 different associates grabbed clothes from me as well while i raided the clearance section. Then dana also picked out brown pants for me based off of shirts i picked which i NEVER would have thought to get brown pants. She also picked out jewelry to match my new outfits! I know being a salesperson is the job, bet even though i didnt look like i belonged, dana made me feel like i was worth millions! And my daughter loved her too! This woman needs a massive raise! I had gone to a other high end store minutes earlier and was treated like trailer trash, yet they had no idea how much money i had. The way i was treated at WHBM, was such a unexpected and beautiful surprise! I will be back for sure!

The clothing selection is wonderful. The Loveland, CO location staff however... is dismissive, judgmental, and utterly horrendous. Not a single staff member acknowledged my presence, much less offered assistance in any form. I still purchased clothing because I needed them for an event tomorrow, but absolutely no part of the shopping experience was decent. I officially completely understand why people shop online. Ladies in the store today you should be ashamed of your customer service today.
After reading the other reviews I can completely relate. Great clothes. Terrible service. I had to go back this evening to do an exchange and the experience was very similar. I will say she remembered that I was there earlier. Regardless, still a terrible in store experience.
