My husband went in to get some new glasses as his are pretty scratched up. The lady who greeted him was not friendly nor professional. If you’re going to be in a customer service job, the least you can do is be friendly and properly greet your customers. Needless to say, he walked out and Vision Works will not be getting our service.

I came in today wanting to try on some glasses that i could put blue light frames in. When the employee came to help me, she said she would have just check Amazon when I really wanted to try on the frames to see how they looked. She was very discouraging when she said she didn't know if the system would let her just order blue light frames without a prescription (like the website advertised) and also said it could be between 70 and 250 dollars. As far as I was concerned, money isn't an issue but she assumed most likely since I'm 18 years old. I was the only other customer so it wouldn't have been hard to check on the computer if that was an option just to help me out. I went to a physical store so I could try the frames on. If I wanted better service (which wouldn't take much) and a better price, I would've gone to Amazon the first time. She was very lazy; if I turned the only customer away from my job without lifting a finger, I'd be fired - and rightfully so.

This was the best eye care I've ever gotten! From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was being treated with care. Everything was clean and safe, communication was excellent, and the personnel worked very hard to take care of everyone in a safe manner during the pandemic. Their hours allowed me to come in on a Saturday, which I desperately needed, and I walked out under budget.
The doctor herself was amazing as well, walking me through all the steps of my eye health and I was immensely grateful for her help. I will definitely be coming back and again, I was so thankful for the help of all of the staff there.

I have been going to vision works for years and have always received exceptional service. It is easy to schedule an appointment on line. The staff is always willing to help and answer all my questions. I never feel like they are pushing me to buy something I do not want. Prices are very competitive and I have never had trouble with any pair of glasses from vision works. Try them out, you wont be sorry. Louis is the best!!!!

Very poor been in three times vision still skeptical. Told vision good but still seeing blurry vision works oxymoron . Made me give 1 star
