    My first visit to this location was fine. The store is organized and clean, with a lot of frames to choose from. The employees there (with the exception of the doctor I met) seemed bored and ready to go home. I waited for the doctor to see me for at least 20 minutes after my initial testing, without any sort of explanation or anything from anyone. After the doc saw me, I was not instructed on choosing frames or given a little tray to hold them in. As well, I had to initiate the purchase once I was done choosing frames (literally no one asked if I needed help!). Once everything was ready for pickup, I was barely greeted when I came in and once helped, they again did not seem very eager to help me out. Other than these things, my experience went fine and my glasses turned out great for what I needed.

    This Visionworks does not work came in at the beginning of the week knowing they proudly except walk-ins unfortunately I drove from the west side of Loveland to be told that they have no Dr.'s until Friday. The one person that was working was very friendly and polite. I don't plan on going back.

    I cannot believe this place has as many stars as it does. I went there for an eye exam after being treated very poorly by the receptionist at the Fort Collins location. They did not have any frames that fit my face and the manager was very rude about the fact that I didn’t want any pairs they had. Also, the ones I’ve been using for years they don’t make anymore. So we left with the prescription and we’re going to find frames and mail them to Johnstown. After a bunch of hassle my husband found frames and mailed them to Johnstown. Johnstown called to say they received them. Then a month later they called to say the lab lost the frames and they were not responsible because we signed a waiver. Yes we did because I did not think they were incompetent enough to lose a pair of frames but sadly they were and they were not even remotely apologetic. I told them it was f&$@ing ridiculous the lady said she was just trying to give me my options so instead of yelling at her I hung up. The next day my husband called at 5:45(They close at 6, I know ridiculous who closes at 6.) and they put him on hold until closing and sent him to the automated system without ever speaking to him. Worse customer service ever. We have used visionworks for almost 20 years. We are no longer using them anymore. Update…I tried calling today at 10 and the AI would not send me to a human so I hung up and called again at 10:01 and the AI sent me to a human. The same lady I talked to before, who I think is the manager, she talks too fast and I cannot understand her name. I said I was calling to resolve the issue of my lost frames. She said oh well usually when that happens and I stopped her there. I was baffled that she said usually when this happens really you have that big of an issue of mistreating people’s glasses and lenses then you should be in business. When you take your car the the mechanic do they take it to get an alignment and the lose it. No they do not. So I asked if they had even cut the frames. They had not and it has been a month since they received our frames. So clearly we are not a valued customer. I said well then we would like a refund for the lenses and we are never coming back. She said ok that sounds good I will get that going today. Again I hung up because who says ok that sounds good when someone asks for a refund and says they will never be back. The only thing that ever comes of google review for this company is a completely generic “apology” and a request for the customers email to resolve the issue. So as this issue has been “resolved” I would like to express the fact that the manager of this location should be put under review for her incredibly unprofessional attitude toward customers. I am surely glad I have never worked under anyone like her. We spent $600 for one pair of lenses and we do it every other year so I think that will be a good reminder for her to be nicer. Update….The lab found the frames a week after we got the money refunded for the lenses. Incompetence all around. I’m not sure they would have even looked harder for them if I hadn’t posted these reviews. Also I wanted to voice how wonderful the employee Erica is at her job. Great customer service. She should be the manager. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

    I waited for 30 min to see the doctor. I didn't feel welcomed, the ladies didn't bother to tell me that the doc is taking longer than expected.
