I feel the customer service needs improvement. I don't feel welcome. 😕 I don't feel like asking for help from staff, I might be bothering them. I might look like I'm not going to buy anything or not worthwhile.I love the outstanding customer service when I order online and call Ulta's customers service. They are super friendly and helpful.
If you like cosmetics and stuff like that this is apparently the place to go. My wife and female family members shop at Ulta often. Stores are normally clean and appear to be well organized by brand.
I would give zero stars if I could. The lady with short white hair that was at the front entrance was extremely rude and judgmental. I will never be returning. She kept sending employees after me and harassed me throughout my visit. I purchased a gift for my mother and left promptly. I hope the corporate office looks at the reviews because how I was treated was disappointing and uncalled for, for what I expect from Ulta.
I walked in this morning in a panic because I was on my way to work with a zit emergency. I had no makeup. I walked in and I wish I knew her name, but she helped me cover up my face and pick a product for my needs. I am so thankful she was there to help me this morning!! I just wanted to tell her thank you again for showing me that kindness
Went to have my hair done even brought a picture for a visual of what I wanted. After 4 hrs. and 241.00 dollars later it looked nothing like what I wanted or talked about. In fact it looked like I needed to have my hair done. I still had the gray I went in with. I agreed to have her boss try and fix it the next day. I also received a call from the GM who also assured me they would hopefully fix it the following day. Day 2 got a phone call from Ulta stating they double booked!! They needed to cancel my appointment. All of even with them knowing I was going out of town. They waited to the last minute to let me know. No time to even try to get in somewhere else, my appointment was supposed to be at 430 in the afternoon. No compensation for time and hassle.
