    Great experience! Went to Sephora first and could not get anyone to help with questions. Upon arrival to Ulta Amanda was at the front door and asked if I needed help finding anything, which I did. She spent a long time with me helping me find what I needed and answered all my questions. So happy with the personal service I received and I was able to purchase everything I needed! This will be my go to store from now on!

    I did not want to give my phone number to check out. I can’t give my personal information—it’s not safe for me and I should not have to explain more than that. The cashier rudely told me I couldn’t make a return unless I gave my information. I got a paper receipt. I was upset and called to speak to your store manager. The woman who answered the phone asked “may I ask who’s calling?” I explained that I was a customer who just left the store. She again asked my name and I said I’d prefer not to give it. She was also snotty and put me on hold. Patty, the manager, then took my call. I explained what I experienced in the store and expressed my concerns that Ulta is supposed to be woman friendly, but I felt bullied to give information. She said, without any follow up questions, that I’m sure the cashier was not bullying you. Then she said “I’m sorry you feel that way.” I explained saying that to someone is not apologizing. I further explained that for some women, it’s not safe to give their information. It can be dangerous and it was for me. She accused me of yelling at her. I was not yelling, but I was upset. I calmly said “Patty, I’m not yelling. I’m upset and you’re not listening to me. She said “you’re yelling’” I then did raise my voice and said “Patty, it’s dangerous for me to share personal information. She said “well, if it’s dangerous for you then it’s dangerous for me” in a very nasty tone. Then she hung up on me. I’m beyond upset. I wasn’t asking for anything. I was making a purchase. I bought mascara and lip gloss, so I wouldn’t return anyway. This is not a woman or customer friendly business. I’m still very upset and feel completely invalidated. If a customer does not want to share personal information, just inform them they will need the receipt if they need to make a return. Shocking that a store that primarily serves woman customers could be this unkind, uncaring and rude to a concerned woman. No care at all for my safety or my privacy. Disgusting behavior. I will never shop there again, nor will any of my family or friends.

    I had Ashton for my stylist. I went in with the idea of getting a perm. I had a lot of questions and Ashton was very knowledgeable and helped me to understand the process and results. I ended up getting just a cut and color but it turned out soooo good, I've never been more in love with my hair.

    I took a shot that they would carry an item I ordered from Amazon, which was lost in the delivery. Sure enough, they carried a full line of the conditioner, and it was the same price as Amazon, and I got it the same day. Winning. Was interesting that I was shopping in there for over 20 min, and not 1 employee asked me if I needed help. I guess the products sell themselves.

    Disappointed. Often bring in my girls, ranging from 6-15, to browse and make a few purchases. Today it felt as we were being followed after 10 minutes in the store. I assume they have issues with theft, but when the employee was “reading” an Ulta catalog while standing in our aisle…c’mon! We eventually checked out , and one sale item did not ring up. I asked about it and was told only one item specified was for sale.. the picture is attached here and it appears that every item on this row is for sale. (The tag description is illegible with no vowels..) I showed a picture and another employee rudely then told me she’d go find the item that was actually listed for sale. After a minute I realized the customer won’t be right at Ulta, and is, in fact, treated suspiciously in their store. Since we were pressed for time for an appointment, we left. I should have returned the item in question based on principle. We can gladly spend our $ and time elsewhere.
