A little over a month ago I bought my first ever motorcycle and first Harley from Thunder Mountain. I had Jim Sheppard as my sales man and he was great. Jim was very transparent, listened to my needs and didn’t pressure me to buy at all. I felt very welcomed by the entire team and look forward to taking my bike back for its routine checks and for any events taking place. I came here after being told by my local dealership not to bother them until the day I wanted to buy, I can tell you this group is nothing like that! Thanks Thunder Mountain Harley!
Stopped by after being ignored at the Greeley store while we were shopping for a helmet replacement. Tina was assisting another couple, so we perused the specs and options (Greeley had some different stock after their management turn over to John Elway). Tina was extremely helpful answering questions, suggesting options, doing a measurement, checking for correct fit, getting the brand new helmet, and ringing us up! She also grabbed an employment application for my fiance, because he has prior experience as a Service Advisor for HD, and they have a recent opening for Service & Parts! Very pleasant experience!
I just wanted to leave a review for the service team at Thunder Mountain. First I’d like to say that Tyler Bottorff is amazing. He kept me informed with each step of the process even when my bike gave them a hard time. Communication is key and Tyler and the team communicated with me extremely well. They treated me like family and took very good care of my Harley. All I can say is that I will be going back to get my bike serviced. If anyone needs a place the get their bike serviced take it to Thunder Mountain they are an amazing team and have amazing service. Ride Safe
I had previously left a 1-star review because of my purchase experience. The pricing didn't make sense to me and was too high for the bike I had purchased. I received a call from Kyle and he said they looked into it. They were off by just over $1,000 on the price. He told me they were giving me a credit for that amount at the store. I'm updating the review because I think it was pretty cool that they reached out and made it right.
For starters. They sold me a bike that came in on a trade. They didn’t look the bike over until after I had put money down on it. One day before I was supposed to go test drive it and sign the papers they informed me it needed a bunch of work and one of the wheels were going to get sent out for repair. They said it could take two weeks. I’ve been calling to figure out a deadline when they might have it done . All they kept telling me is depends when the wheel gets back. They got the wheel back Thursday the 21st. They are still telling me that they won’t be done with my bike until Wednesday the 27th. Horrible service! My bike is bought and paid for now they are stalling to get it to me out the door.wouldn’t be a huge deal except I’m not from Colorado and we have to schedule time off to go get the bike instead of getting it to us this weekend. Not a good experience for my first Harley!
