It's fun on a bun! Go on Wednesdays when most of the arcade games are half off. A few machines out of order, but not bad at all for an arcade this size.
We had my son’s 6th birthday here this past weekend. It was GREAT! The whole staff did a great job with providing an itinerary, explaining the different packages and which one fit best, setting everything up and being ‘on time’. Very personal approach and all 16 kids and their parents had a great time. If you want to have a good birthday, I’d recommend to go here to celebrate 🎉
The bowling is fine, but it is way too expensive for how much play you get. If you have a large group of people stay away from this area as they charge for a duration of time, meaning they will just end your game even if you are half way done, which is a problem when games take a while due to having 4+ players. Also there was trash and food just laying everywhere, it was kinda disgusting. There are tons of other bowling places that offer a way better value, and actually clean the lanes. The food was actually pretty decent, probably the best part of my experience. We ordered a pizza and it ended up being pretty good. The arcade area was the nail in the coffin for me, it really is a terrible value. All the vr games are in terrible condition, expescially the beat saber cabinet, the headset was falling apart and the lenses were a smudgey mess. The laser tag would have been fine but the staff in charge of the area have no idea what they are doing, which caused one of my friends to be charged, but becuase they "didn't see them swipe the card" he couldnt play. Most of the games are just generic games you can find at a walmart arcade. The only games that were fun are the connect 4 and air hockey, but even those games weren't good. The buttons on the connect 4 game were unresponsive, and the air hockey table was falling apart. Overall I would not recommend this place at all, as it's a over priced mess of a location, that really feels like its its doing the minuim amount of effort for how expensive it is.
The service at both the eagles nest and in the restaurant were ridiculously bad. I’m not even saying slow service but in fact we were asked to leave the restaurant and sit by the bowling lanes because the waitress was overwhelmed by 3 tables. Multiple people walked by us avoiding eye contact including a manager and not one single person stopped to take our order or even say hello. I’ve had birthday parties for my kids here and I have been a long time customer but I will never be back. We let the kids play some games and left to go find somewhere to eat dinner. An absolute embarrassment to a facility like this that my kids have loved in the past. You’ve been warned, friends.
Huge downgrade for service, pricing, food and fun. Staff didn't know their menu- at all, many mix ups on checks and their system was very slow. When I say the food is horrible, believe it. Not sure what the Mac and cheese consisted of but it was questionable for everyone 🤢 Zero attention from management and prices are ridiculous to bowl.. We won't be back
