I wish I could give zero stars.
As a long time resident of this area and particularly this complex, it was MUCH better managed when it was owned and ran by Echelon and named "The Gateway at 2534." I have resided here a total of three (3) leases, in 2019, in 2021 and again this year (2023.) Seeing as I didn't like a varietal of issues nor their management team, which consisted of Brittney before she was the manager, it's a big statement for me to compliment my previous experiences here. However, it's a testament to how crazy this apartment complex has become.
When we first moved in, there would frequently be 3-5 cop cars here 2 nights a week at least while they dealt with some call they had after some lady was screaming her head off.
If you want to be seduced by the amenities this apartment boasts, then feel free. They don't tell you how parking is impossible to find after 3 or 4 pm- after working a long day it's ridiculous to be forced into paying more [$35 - $150] or walking very far (not fun in snow/winter.) Honestly, high 90% of people even use the amenities and then you're paying an astronomical price for rent, and a parking spot .... but if you'd like to enjoy a candle. Forget it. I know I don't like being Micro-managed about using something like a candle. Not for over 2K a month. Also make sure that your patio is always presentable or be sure you're getting a Prompt memo about it. (I'm all for people being tidy however being bugged to "keep the grounds looking nice" are not being equally spread over the complex.) Now the road (Ronald Reagan) has been under construction for like the last 6 months and there still isn't a grocery store nearby. Pick Walmart or drive at least 15-20 to Windsor, Loveland, or Johnstown.
We get Frequent "friendly memos" which come across as passive aggressive 'get in lines' which at the bottom will read "point out x,y,z buildings to name a few" [these emails say...] about pet waste, smokers, candle usage (urging us to use flashlights if power goes out), and keeping patios tidy. *See pictures of how high they let the trash get before they clean it out- it smells terribly like pet waste and urine by the openings of the buildings* The hallways are trashily stained (permanently?) With trails from people's trash bags. *See pictures*
Also.... they are Not quick to clean up the complex as they expect everyone else to....like this mess that's been dried on here for two months now and originated on the third floor. 😑 *See pictures*
The maintenance men do, in fact, "conveniently" inform the office on your behalf of everything. Super nice guys really, they come in and act like everything is peachy and then Bam! Example : service requests result in memos from the office staff about what's in your apartment and that "it's come to their attention." Just say it for what it is- it's an elementary way of an attempt at compliance, having people tell on each other, and breeds negative effects.
If you're someone who works from home, works evenings, or simply someone who likes to sleep in..... forget it. For the flaws the company has, their Trash Contract is Iron Clad. The trash truck comes every. Single. Day. Anywhere about 7 am - 8 or 9 am.
No you won't hear your neighbors walking around but ......No peaceful mornings or waking up on your own time while living here.
Aaron Estevez, another renter a few months ago, that I saw seems to have the same issues and concerns that I elaborate on and hits the nail right on the head. Consider Heavily before deciding to temporarily reside here!!

Around a year ago, I transferred from a different Cortland in Lone Tree, and to be honest, my boyfriend and I were a little nervous given our experience at the other Cortland was a bit well...questionable.. but I must say, when we came to tour at 2534, we were IMMEDIATELY met with kindness. The whole team was so helpful during our transfer process. We are so thankful to have transferred to such a wonderful community! I have absolutely loved living here. Everyone is SO friendly. Both Patience and Jessie go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The complex is very well kept and all maintenance issues get solved almost immediately. Not to mention, the maintenance staff is AMAZING. They are all so so kind and accommodating. I am so glad that we chose this place to call home!

We just moved in on October 14th of this year and this has been the best experience we have had living in an apartment in the area! Patience has been so kind and helpful, they get back to you incredibly quickly if you ever need anything at all. We have the Galloway floor plan and it is by far the largest apartment we have ever lived in! We love all the windows, the valet trash and recycling as well as the location. We had a not so great experience at the last apartment complex we lived at so this has definitely been a breath of fresh air.

First apartment experience. Staff is wonderful and friendly. Amenities are nice just wish the pool was more heated (Just my preference). Love how dog friendly the complex is. Maintenance staff is two thumbs up.
