My wife and I knew exactly what we wanted in our Subaru Ascent, and none of the dealerships in the Colorado Springs or Denver area had exactly what we were looking for. I spoke to a gentleman at Groove Subaru in Denver who said that he would have what I wanted in a few weeks. Due to circumstances, we couldn't wait, and he helped us find what we were looking for in Loveland.
My first encounter was with with Michael Carlson. On our two hour journey to Loveland, we asked if they could install a tow hitch. Long story short...he had the car waiting for us, freshly washed with a full tank of gas and tow hitch installed. He even texted me a photo while we were on our way of the tow hitch getting installed. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Travis Gordan who gave us a thorough tour of our new car, and Todd, who handled our financing.
Every person we came into contact with, from Groove Subaru to Subaru of Loveland was a pleasure to deal with. They don't strike me as the typical greedy, high pressure salesmen that you'd normally associate with car salesmen.

Great team over at Subaru!
My daughter was buying her first car all on her own. Matt took his time explaining all her options, the mound of paperwork, and how the process worked. He was patient with her and even came in on his day off to get her taken care of.
Subaru also offers a 3,000 mile/3 month warranty on all their used vehicles. This came in handy when 3 days after my daughter bought her car an alternator issue surfaced. Any other dealership would have sent us a bill. Zach in the service department made sure my daughter didn’t see a bill. He communicated perfectly, was patient with my daughter, and made sure the car was repaired at no cost to us.
We would highly recommend Subaru!

By far the best and easiest car buying experience we’ve ever experienced! Matt Carlson was awesome! He was laid back and so polite and professional with no pressure and everything was very transparent and straight forward! Chris in the finance department was professional and thorough with all aspects and options. The delivery of the car was helpful as they walked us through the entire car which made all the buttons and options less intimidating! We will never go anywhere else if we purchase down the road and highly recommend you take your business to these wonderful, professional people!! Thank you Matt!!!

Our experience at Subaru of Loveland was the absolute best!! We visited several dealerships and did not have great experiences. We walked into Subaru of Loveland and met Matt Carlson. It was the EASIEST, MOST TRANSPARENT, and BEST EXPERIENCE ever! Matt went above and beyond and let us use a loaner car (I was carless due to a car accident) until our car came in. We will be a Subaru of Loveland customer from here on out. Matt and everyone there feel like family.

Our purchase at Subaru of Loveland was beyond comparison. It was the easiest, fastest vehicle purchase we've had. Bobby (sales) & Chris (finance) were incredible and treated us more than fair and with the utmost respect. I would highly recommend them!
