This is my second purchase that I've done with Subaru of Loveland and my sales man Blake! Blake is a pleasure to work with along with the finance department. I will never buy another Subaru from anywhere else because Subaru of Loveland makes the buying process so easy and quick. Never pressure you into a car or to buy upgrades. They are the real deal! I had a good experience buying my car there years ago, and their GM Chris, and Greg in the service department really went above and beyond to take care of me with issues I was having with my vehicle. I had a major issue with my vehicle due to no fault of my own, and Chris worked with the customer advocacy program to take care of me, even though I was a little outside of my warranty. Unfortunately, the out of down dealership that performed the work, did it incorrectly and I ended up with more issues a year down the road. That same out of town dealership took my vehicle back to correct the issue, but again, made mistakes that caused major issues a week after I got it back from repairs. As you can imagine, I was extremely upset at this point, and needed things fixed correctly. Greg and his team made a point to stay late to address my issues, made a priority to get it fixed as soon as possible, and really provided exceptional customer service. I came in extremely upset and rude after dealing with the issues from the other dealership’s mistake. Subaru of Loveland not only fixed the issue, but really took care of me. I never want be a pain of a customer to work with, but the series of issues got the best of me. Even so, the team at Subaru of Loveland did their best to take care of the issue, and make me feel cared for. Thank you Greg and Chris! I really do appreciate it
I am not sure where to begin with the service at this location. The honesty, professionalism, and care that I received was like no other. Matt was amazing with every step of the build and buy that I did for my car. I reached out to about three different dealerships for the build I wanted and no one would get back to me. Thanks to Matt, I was able to get everything I needed and wanted. The process was very transparent the whole way through and was a very comfortable environment. Chris was also awesome in the buying process and I can not express how great they both were. If you need a car, buy from these two! :)
I just purchased a used 2016 Subaru Legacy through a third party in Loveland. I took it to Subaru of Loveland for a multi point inspection. Gregg Johnson was our service advisor. Gregg was very polite and did a great job explaining to me that I need a new fob, but that's about it. I was giving a sheet of minor repairs that should be done and a bill for $62.63 for the inspection. I got into the car, and the tire light was still on, and there no explanation on why it was on. I stopped at Discount Tires, and a young kid checks my tires and tells me that the front are at 50psi and the back are 30. Why didn't Gregg and $60 tell me that? I went home and called Subaru of Longmont, where I take my 2019 Subaru Forester Touring and explained what happened at Loveland. I've NEVER been charged to have my Forester inspected by Subaru of Longmont, EVER. Loveland shame on you!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
