Beth was super sweet. She was smiling under her mask the whole time as she managed the busy holiday season lines and mobile orders. 5/5 stars for sure. As a manager in retail, I appreciated her communication about my order while I waited. This will be my new go to Starbucks!

Thatnurse77 just posted on tiktok that she cried all through the line, ready to end her life and the girls here pitched in for her drink and showed her kindness that made her reconsider. I lost a family member to depression last week. They need to be publicly recognized for helping save her life. 🧡
