It's a pretty average Starbucks, and most of them are quite nice so that is a good thing. The drive through takes a long time at any part of the day, as the surrounding residential area is very dense and houses the demographic of people who are more likely to come here, so please be patient! Nichole was so wonderful. I messed up when I was placing my order and she went out of her way to get it figured out for me even though it was my own mistake. She was especially quick and efficient, I barely waited any longer than if I had placed my order correctly. I don’t stop at this store very often but now I will!

This Starbucks was ALWAYS my favorite, especially when Dan was manager! Most of the employees always called me by my 1st name anymore most of the time you're ignored and lately. I don't get sleeves or stoppers in my hot drinks. I understand you want to save money but seriously at the cost of customer service?

Casey was incredibly nice and helpful. They got my drink just right and was full of compliments. I don’t think I’ve ever met a nicer barista at any Starbucks. Give this person a raise!

I can’t believe someone actually served me this drink?? It looks like the milk is completely expired. I even let it sit for a while and mixed it, but it stays clumpy and separated. Starbucks is SO pricey nowadays too so I am super disappointed I spent money on this. I would have asked them to remake it on the spot but I was rushing to work and I gave it the benefit of the doubt that it would all mix together if I mixed it a bit.
