just got a new phone today! works wonderfully! Megan and Malek were extremely helpful and patient with helping me make the right choice and with picking a phone that's right for me! if I could rate them more than five stars, I definitely would!!!!!!!

The customer service/ sales reps here are nice and have tried their hardest to resolve their mistake. Unfortunately T-Mobile doesn’t communicate with their support team. I feel bad that these nice people have to deal with this corporate nonsense.

Went to Tmobile to add a line. Worked with customer service rep, Yoni. He made the experience as pleasant as possible! I was so pleased with his knowledge and customer service! I'm not a "techie" person and don't enjoy these types of errands but he was so helpful and nice! I'd totally recommend HIM! I'll always request him in my future Tmobile endeavors!

Alea is amazing! She went above and beyond to help me! I had gone to a different T-Mobile store right before and was told they couldn’t do anything. Beyond satisfied!!

My husband went in to get a couple of new iphone max pros. After waiting a month of them telling us it's on the way and should be at the store in a week, they cancelled our order and this after joining their new plan to get the promo and even paying for this upgrade program before even having the new phones in hand. When we call we always get a female who is just rude and always says the manager is busy. Don't bother at this location. We are going back to the location off of 287. They are better and more profession.
