Helpful, answered our questions, knowledgeable about the shoe brands and the store was clean. No restrooms. Socks available... a lot of choices. Prices were very competitive also. We had a good experience, though we don't show shop often, just boots. LOL.
Talk about customer service! On two separate occasions my wife and I were helped by a gentleman named Drew, you can really tell he cares about his customers and goes out of his way to help you find what you're looking for. I'm not big on leaving reviews but when I go into a business and my wife and I are treated so kindly, I will go out of my way for them in return. Thank you Drew and Shoe Carnival staff.

Awful customer service. No employees in sight the whole time I was shopping. The girl who rushed to checkout after I stood there for several minutes was in the middle of ringing me up when the phone rang. It was obviously someone who worked there, she was asking when they would be in for their shift. Told them she was with a customer but didn't bother asking them to wait a few minutes. Had an asinine, flirty conversation with them as she completely ignored my questions, and she kept putting my info in wrong. Eventually I just said screw it and left. I've worked retail for years and would never dream of being that rude to customers. It shouldn't take ten minutes to pay for two pairs of shoes when you're the only one checking out. If you want to keep customers coming back, teach your employees how to be respectful to customers. I won't be returning.
