Don't ever consider moving into this Apartment complex for any reason, it is an absolute mess with no leadership! We have been without water for multiple weeks this year with no compensation or other options to be able to shower or drink. They will tell you lie after lie to get you to move in. The pool and hot tub will not be open year around but they will tell you they are. Heed my warning and move anywhere else. They don't care about you here.

Oh wow…. Where to begin. This is NOT a luxury complex. Amenities never work. Hot tub is either disgusting or empty. Like taking hot showers? Well hot water goes out once a month for days at a time. I was supposed to upgrade to a new apartment and 2 weeks before I was supposed to move I contacted them and they had rented it out to someone else? They knew someone else was moving but still made me do a walk through of my current apartment. When I try to raise my concerns the manager is always “busy” but somehow has time to email me right after I ask for management. Also multiple car break-ins, including my 2 broken windows, that they can’t do anything about. Will never look at camera footage, who knows if the cameras even work. Also if someone parks in your spot, nothing you can do because the complex won’t pay for towing. Long story short the only positive to this place is the residents. Hoping people see this before they’re stuck in a lease like me.

Pros: we love our actual apartment. They have NEST systems in all units. Very modern and beautiful units. The gym in nice, and there is some cool community features (garden, cookout area, the pool is nice, virtual golf/soccer/etc, billiards).
Cons: Management seems overwhelmed. There has been a lot of turnover in staff. Cori has been wonderful but it seems like she is the only one who knows what she is doing. Maintenance has the same problem: they’re fantastic but they are trying to wear too many hats. For this I blame the owners.
While the amenities are nice, they are rarely working properly: the pool was disgusting and unusable for almost 2 weeks during a holiday weekend. The building doors that are supposed to be locked are broken. Other tenants do not clean up after their pets (something you pay extra for to ensure it is enforced). This might be because the doggie stations are never emptied, and never have bags in them. The hallways smell strongly of dog urine and people who move out leave trash and items they no longer want in the hallways that isn’t removed for weeks. People dump furniture by the garbage cans and it gets left. People park in covered spots that aren’t theirs. Over the winter we had two separate times that the fire alarms malfunctioned and went off in the middle of the night and the building was evacuated.
While it’s a very nice looking apartments, the cons that are mentioned in now way reflects the ‘luxury’ price you will pay for it. I get the impression that the owners don’t really care about the property and constantly leave the management and maintenance constantly short staffed and unable to do their jobs well or keep up with the things that need attention.

There is no misunderstandings (as you have replied to others) with my review. These are common complaints among the residents that you are already well aware of. I left an honest review and the best response you can give is to address the issues mentioned above with the community as a whole by fixing the issues.

It is a great apartment but since there is new management, the complex needs attention. Feels like the pool never gets the attention it needs, so many dead trees and grass. Crime has really increased. they hit you with hidden fees it’s like paying hoa at the apartment. Rent is expensive as well.
