I've traveled many a state playing competitive ball myself and now attending my kid's tournaments. First off, the request was for five people, westward view, non-smoking. Two day stay. We received a two bedroom with an Eastern view of a massive dumpster through massive bird droppings. Upstairs was definitely circus employees practicing gymnastic stunts. Second, the price listed for the rooms was $191.90 which showed up on the bill for $196.50. They say parking is $10.00/day. It is billed at $12.00. They have other charges totaling $10.00 with no real descriptions. Third, the air conditioning never worked, our rooms were never cleaned or trash emptied. They said they clean every other day. Fourth, we walked into the rooms and cabinet doors were hanging, the wall in the shower was cracked with water damage, the kitchenette floor(wooden) was duck taped together with the carpet. Black duck tape. Several appliances looked as if they clean every other year. I have pictures to post if anyone with Marriott needs them. Lastly, how they have the Marriott name attached to this facility is way beyond my comprehension. This wouldn't qualify as a truck stop motor lodge. Look for other facilities to stay.

Cheap and petty. This property owner nickles and dimes your experience in a greedy and unpleasant way. The foremost example is the daily parking fee. For a hotel in a remote and spacious location? Really?! C'mon. There are better alternatives, similar in price and quality, and without the deceptive tactics to eke out greater corporate profits.

Very nice for an extended stay. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was always good even during the week when it was a bit slower. The pool area was nice and the outside patio with a grill was great!

I left a box with all my essential oils in the nightstand. I called the hotel and was informed it was not logged into the lost & found. The front desk person went to check the room and it wasn’t there. I see you have another review similar to this. Expensive items left and your housekeeping employees keep them and do no report them. Just like the Nintendo switch post I left a $20 tip only to have thieves steal my items. If you know anything about young living oils, they are not cheap. I travel a lot for work and this is a horrible hotel. No on-site maintenance or housekeeping. They’re so many other hotel choices in the area. DONT STAY HERE! I will be filing a complaint and Marriott will be reimbursing my lost items. RIDICULOUS Update: it was only when I made the review that I received a quicker response. I DID NOT describe it as make-up. I was VERY specific. You didn’t bother to call. If you did, you didn’t leave me a message. You only sent me two emails. One to fill out a lost & found form and another for my credit card info for shipping of the item. BUT NEVER, did you bother to specify if the item was found. The front desk person I spoke to was dismissive when he said it was not logged into lost & found. When I asked for a manager, he said I could call the next day to speak to the manager not I will have my manager call you back. Besides this lost item, the bathtub was clogged, garbage disposal broke & leaked, the dishwasher leaked and every time we asked for repairs there was attitude and an excuse about how the maintenance person only comes on certain days. Same with housekeeping. However based on your response of placing blame on me for allegedly improper description of the item vs. just apologizing for your employee misunderstanding and hoping for a better stay in the future. It makes sense why Gina and the other front desk associates place blame and make excuses it comes for their leadership. I drove back an hour 1/2 to retrieve my item to get attitude from Gina and have her yet again give the excuse that they are sooo busy that’s why the item wasn’t logged. Thank you for the response and holding my item. However, please consider taking the constructive criticism and move forward. This is NOT Marriott standards. Mrs. Frazier

This hotel has set a new standard for me. I have been in dozens of hotels before and never had anything stolen. I stayed several weeks and was erroneously charged for high-speed internet I never requested or used. Several hours across several days were spent trying to get my hundred bucks back, yet I was told by chief manager Manuela O'Brien that it was clearly all my fault and no refund would be given. I had never been Gold Elite before but now I know how such members are treated. I do not believe there is some scheme to defraud guests. The best explanation I have is that this theft is a result of corporate incompetence and the obstinacy of but a few Marriott employees. I did not bother to ask why they attempted to charge yet another 50 bucks the morning I checked out of the hotel. Because the hostility and inhospitality of the chief manager, it is currently difficult to recount the stories of good employees like Gina, Joseph, and Yasmin. Here are some of the other problems encountered during the stay: In the first room, there was a screeching bathroom exhaust fan. When I left the room for a few days and went out of state, I was promised the room would be cleaned. I returned from the trip to a dirty room (and room charges for Internet usage). I requested a new room because I was not going to rely upon their word this time that the room would actually be cleaned when they said. I did not stay long in the second room because I was awakened by fleas biting me in the middle of the night. A few hours later, I was in the third and final room. This room's greatest problem was the air conditioner leaking into the room and out of the closet, wetting the carpet. Parking was constantly full, with somebody's trailer taking up four spaces for the duration of the stay. Breakfast items were repetitive and frequently burnt. If I ever get my money back, I will edit this review to give a more balanced window into an extended stay at Loveland's Residence Inn. It was not all bad, but I will never stay there again.
