Absolutely love this store! Derek and his employees are amazing! Always help me more than I ask. Find great solutions to any issues I have. I bought a set of boots when covid first started to affect the supply chain. They found them and over nighted them for me. Then dyed them black and applied a toe protector. Superb Job! I come back for both of my boots for maintenance and they do a great job. Very friendly staff. All around great store. One thing that could be improved on is the call to the customer to let them know when things are done. I tend to not recieve a call when stuff is done. A mild inconvenience but something to think about. Regardless of this. I am giving 5 stars because I've been to 4 stores around the state. And this one is on the top of the list for the great customer service. Of course the product sell themselves so its nice to have friendly help. Thanks guys!

I went to this RedWing Location around May 27th and Talked to them about possibly buying a boot and a month after use they killed my feet and didn’t feel comfortable as my pair of Ariat Boots I had for 2-3 years went back and talked to a Friendly Associate Named Julian about it and he had asked me more questions about what work I did and what my problems were with the boot, come to find out the boot I had bought was sized a bit differently than my feet I got resized in “Crosby” (picture of them below) and they have hugged my feet perfectly since . After all was said and done he made sure I also was taken care of even when the store was crowded with 3-4 people while he was the only one there and he gave me his undivided attention even when a customer came in and was acting very rude, he was patient with them and me throughout the whole process and I haven’t been back since and I am very glad that I was treated as a person rather than a sale thank you Julian.

Great customer service, knew which boot, size, insole, and how to swap selection for what I needed. I arrived near closing and they stayed late to get me setup. Great service. Julian was very friendly and helpful
