Gabriel was so helpful, kind and informative when giving me a tour of the apartment complex. I was in my new apartment within a week! He literally is the sweetest person with a genuine/welcoming aura about himself. The entire complex had that vibe throughout it. Plus, BRAND NEW luxurious amenities!! I truly recommend Railway Flats to anyone who is looking for a new place to call home. Thank you Gabriel, I love my new apartment!

Railway Flats is an excellent new product! Wonderful location, high level of finish, spacious 1-bedrooms with most featuring 800+ sq. ft. (I currently pay $1.90/sq. ft. which is great value for a competitive CO market), AWESOME amenities and an excellent staff. I work in the industry and these folks really have gone above & beyond in all levels of service. Truly.
Mr. Gabrielle was the first voice I connected with and showed the property. He provided an excellent first representation and guided me through all questions throughout leasing process. Miss Christa was also quick to assist on any questions when Gabrielle was out of office which was incredibly clutch on her part. Miss Alex, the Manager, has dealt with my needy butt and did so with nothing but a smile on her face. Miss Marlene, the Assistant PM, has been excellent throughout miscellaneous "touch & go's". If the product is excellent and the staff rocks; that means it's an awesome place to call home.

My experience at Railway Flats has been perfect. The leasing office is super helpful with any problems. They are great at communicating and handling paperwork and problems quickly and accurately. The maintenance team Nathan and Robs are always working so hard to keep this place running. We had a wasps nest I submitted a no rush maintenance request. They came in 2 days, called before coming, and handled the situation in 5 minutes with advice for cleanup in a few hours to keep my pup safe. Speaking of pups, the dog park is the best. Friendly dogs that love to play ball. The common spaces are kept clean and the gardening/lawn crew is out here twice a week. The pool is an awesome place to gather and fun games all over.

I love living here, it's a safe community. The front office is always so warm and welcoming. Maintenance staff is always courteous. Many amenities and really beautiful apartments. I've loved my time at railway so far. The clubhouse is absolutely gorgeous

One of the best places to live, honestly. I feel like unless you own a house, the feeling of community isn't something that people place a lot of value in. Living here is like living in a small village, in the last two months I've met so many people and I feel like my pets and I are valued as a tenant and as a person.
This is a place where you can enjoy living at, and one that you'll feel safe.
