Used to be my favorite food but no more. Four separate incidences of ordering nachos both door dash and in person and the chips are grease-soaked, burnt, and unsalty every time. Making the official switch to chipotle.

Workers were friendly but I think I ended up w 2 of the 6 toppings I asked for. (I was looking at board reading and before I knew it, it was rolled up. Can deal w that but it was the smallest Qdoba burrito ever. For over $10 you’d think you could make it a decent size. Qdobas are so hit or miss. Half the size of the Loveland store. I won’t be back to this one.

Ordered online for pickup. This is the second time that I’ve ordered online, showed up and nobody knew where my order was. I’m assuming they have their machines turned off because every time I mobile order for pickup the order gets canceled, usually about 5-10 min before pickup.
When I asked employees for help they were unhelpful and rude. I decided to get in line and order the old fashioned way and was met by even more rude employees.
The line was an absolute mess, cheese, sour cream and queso everywhere. As the employee was making the order behind me, queso fell on my burrito as they were adding it to the other order. I do not eat dairy so this was a bit frustrating. I requested verde sauce but noticed there was jalapeño cream in the same container that had dropped in when they were making other orders. I mentioned this politely as possible to the employee, but was met with a “Really?” And an eye roll. I will not be going back to this Qdoba ever again.

I got a small veggie bowl. The guacamole wasn't good, the chips were tough & old (couldn't even eat them) so the queso went to waste, no chips that were edible. Uses to love QDOBA'S but don't think I'll be going back.

Really awful. I ordered the brisket and it was just a stringy glob of fatty meat plopped in the middle of my burrito bowl. I couldn't even eat it. I spit it out into a napkin and threw it out, leaving me with just the lettuce, rice and beans for lunch.
I never had that experience with Qdoba before. I guess I'll stick to their chicken and pork because I know I like that--that is if I order again....
