I usually hate shopping for clothes but I spent 2-3 hours trying on lots of different items. Store staff was friendly and helpful. Space is bright, well organized, and compact (not like a typical department store where, it's massive and sprawling and you have to shop by brand - where you have the same things in 15 different places). Great availability of sizes and prices were incredibly reasonable (I don't want to say "cheap", but definitely more affordable than most).
Old Navy 5 stars - this location 3 stars The Loveland Old Navy staff and management have zero customer service initiative - I've encountered a few more service oriented folks, but today was THE worst. Two like items were on clearance; while one was black @13.97, another off white was 31.00. I wanted to know why. The cashier had a clear idea of my question, but still asked in a very snippy tone, "Could you clarify your question?" From there the manager just said ok and let it ride. The manager did explain that each had a different clearance date hence the price difference - now why could the cashier not have been that clear ? Old Navy in Fort Collins is so much better 5 stars for that Manager - Naldo
Place is clean, I'm always amazed how long you have to wait in line at the check out. and the clerks could be more friendly. but maybe they are getting yelled at because people are waiting in line.
Didn't use curbside. Shopped as usual and dressing rooms are open. Found several cute things on sale. And their covid masks are great - bought more today.
Really good selection over Greeley store. Bigger it feels like more selection friendly staff.
