First time visiting this chain restaurant. I ordered a burger. It was a huge burger and definitely filled me up. The fries were also very good as normally people cook waffle fries too long. Overall good experience with a decent wait time. I recommend if you are in the area.
When I arrived I explained I was there for a TO-GO Order I had the most pleasant experience. I was originally going to place the order on-line but I had some coupons I wanted to use to I called the order in and she wanted to take it over the phone just so she could make sure the coupons would be accepted. Its so hard to find GOOD customer service let alone EXCELLENT!!! Keep up the good work gals
Everything we have had from here has been yummy. Tall wings are huge and cooked just right. Great flavor. The rollups are good. Salad is amazing! Looking forward to trying more items
Extremely disappointed! In my opinion, this location is in desperate need of help and training and it shows. Took 2 hours to get food and when we received it.. the pizza was soggy and dripping. The calzone contained much salt it was inedible. Nothing came out at the same time. Chicken sandwich clearly sat under a heat lamp for a very long time bun was hard, the lettuce and tomato on it was pure mush. I completely understand being short staffed and having new employees is a struggle, but this was absolutely terrible. The worst of it was after voicing concerns to the manager, Margie, it was in one ear and out the other. As a Manager, she should be doing what she can for her customers to leave happy. This was not the case and I doubt we will ever go back. This location should shut down and train their staff or they are just going to continue to crash and burn.
Hey! When there are guests at your host stand greet them! Don’t walk away and pretend you did not see me when you are 5 feet away from me. Me and my wife stood there for 15 minutes before being greeted and then passed by some server who was “too busy“ to deal with us. Don’t worry we went to Chili’s and got greeted in 30 seconds. Why? Because they care about their customer and they want to make money… Maybe you should have a conversation with your employees about making money and where their income comes from.
