This employee named April was AWFUL and so rude to me over the phone. She definitely needs to be terminated. Extremely unprofessional.

Don't send your family member to this facility. Dr. Le is incompetent. You facility states you deal with pneumonia yet when my husband showed early sings of pneumonia with excessive secretions Dr. Le threw her hands in the air and Shipped him 60 miles back to Cheyenne. This has caused him undue stress and anxiety. He had a ton of secretions from his trach tube to his belly because your staff left the suction tube in his lap and didn't reconnect it to his trach Then you shipped him without the inner cannula for the trach. Dr Le stated she couldn't treat his high sodium??? Free flow water...plus your facility lost his partial denture the first day he had it there. Worst facility ever!

From the moment my husband started as a patient here he was given the most amazing and quality care possible. Every single member of the staff from reception to housekeeping to the nursing and physicians were kind, caring, compassionate, friendly and cared not only about my husband's wellbeing, but my own. There are so many I want to mention (for any misspelling in advamce) Jenn Newman is a phenomenal case manager and went above, over and beyond even after our discharge, Dr. Masotti and Dr. Pearson were compassionate and dedicated to doing everything to make sure my husbands health was a priority. Every PCT, especially Kaitlynn, Brinley and Nicole, every nurse, especially Diane, Amy, Jennifer and Jessica (there are so many I can't even begin to name but you were all phenomenal), Richard, Dawn and all of the Respiratory team, every person from physical Therapy, Occupational therapy and Speech therapy (so many names! But I literally mean each and every single person who came in contact with my husband and I,) Cindy and Everyone in front desk staff. I cannot say enough good things about this place, this is where you want your family member to go. If I could give 100 stars I would. There was never a moment when I left my husband in this facility that I worried for his care. This facility exemplifies what's it means to care for people. God Bless each and every one of them.

I was a patient here this summer due to a bad car accident. When I arrived I was basically bed ridden due to several surgeries, broken bones, skin grafts, etc. when I arrived here I was not in the best of moods, or the easiest person to deal with. the staff was amazing here, and were willing to do anything they could to help me progress. After 2 weeks I was able to return home and function because of the care I received. Everyone was very caring, and even went as far as to call and check on my progress several times after I was released. Two months after I was released my mother was placed here due to an illness and a horrible experience with another hospital. Her care was awesome, and she began to dramatically improve. Unfortunately she had to be transferred to another facility temporarily, and was not able to return because her condition had improved so much she no longer met their qualifications. From the doctors, the nurses, wound care, physical therapy and case management. There are just too many to list, but they were all exceptional. I truly believe I would probably not be near as far along as I am if it wasn’t for these folks. Nor would my mother. I would not hesitate to send ANY of my family or friends here. Thank you for everything, trust me I will never forget it.

Well, my father died after being moved there for palliative care. I had travelled back home to TX for a few days and was to return in a couple of days, when I got the call. I guess I probably wouldn't have too many compliments for any place where this could have happened because I trusted my father would be safe and protected until I could get back there, ya know? Nothing to compare it to but that. I'm sorry, I just really miss him. Gene
