Food was ok. Had the pot roast which was good sauce was salty. The rice melody was horrible. Dry and over cooked. Garlic spinach had no flavor. Wait staff would disappear here and there. Was asked if we wanted dessert. We said no thanks. And waited for the check. And waited. Took about 20 minutes till we got it after being asked if we wanted dessert. Hope next time better flavor and serve.

Great food! Reminds me of home. I recommend this cafe if you want some of the best home cooked food. So good

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner that was delicious. We ordered the dinner, they said it would be ready in half an hour and it was, then it was brought out to our car well package. We felt very safe from covid-19.

Mimi's is extremely inconsistent and struggles during busy service times. The kitchen creates widely varying experience, at times offering an amazing New Orleans themed meal, and at other times mismanaging the time on orders and delivering poor quality. I like the concept and really missed the restaurant during quarantine but it is still struggling to get back to a consistent quality standard. Definitely unique in the area and worth a visit, just go in with moderate expectations.
