We’ve been to this theatre several times bc we are local to Loveland. The seats are amazingly comfortable. You need to download an app to order food or drink. The website is easy to navigate for your order. Then the order magically appears with everything you just ordered! I went with my wife and two of my kids, ages 14 and 6. We all had a great time and watched the show on a huge screen in a comfortable seat. The seats are incredible bc they have a button that adjusts them to recline. VERY cushy and I felt like we were watching the movie with the comfort of home. The bathrooms were clean and well done (I took a quick pic of the decor) Parking is fairly easy I’d recommend this theater to anyone wanting to see a movie in comfort with servers bringing a fine selection of tap beers and food. We got the pretzel bites and the beer cheese soup for dipping and it was easy to eat. Soft and full of taste. Great place for a date or to take the whole family
This theater has it all...Reserved seating, water cups, boxes for popcorn sharing, Lou Diamond Philips. The seats are old style, not the oversized recliners but fairly comfortable. Floor of lobby had popcorn all over it even though there was someone cleaning. The only thing that really caught my attention was that all of the workers looked as if they should be on suicide watch. Just dead inside. Every one of them. Is working at a theater really that bad? Otherwise, we had a great time.
Decent theatre. They have boxes next to the popcorn butter to use to carry food or split up the popcorn which is a nice touch. Was able to get margaritas that tasted more like an icee 😂. Prices were reasonable. Screen has dirt streaks on it and no recliner seats in the one we went in today. Overall not a bad theater.
I’m pretty bummed to have to leave this negative review because I used to love this theater. The last two experiences here have been disappointing. The last movie we saw had two big black marks in the screen during the whole movie and the 3-D Avatar movie was so dull that it was like watching a black and white for most of it. The floors in the lobby and bathrooms were covered in popcorn and soda. I hope this review helps management to improve.
I lived in the Loveland/Windsor area about 5 years ago. While visiting for Christmas I took my kids and mother to a movie here and was extremely let down. Upon arrival, the nice young lady at the box office was unable to print my tickets. This turned out to be a non-issue. However, once we got into the main lobby, we were pretty shocked at the condition of the concession area. Ice was over flowing in the soda fountain catch tray. Soda was spilled at least 3 feet in every direction causing the floor to be sticky. There was bits of popcorn all over the theater; concession area, hallways, theater seats, there was even some bits in the bathrooms. Overall the theater appeared it hadn't been properly cleaned in days. Last thing to note, theater 9 appears to have a wrinkle in the projection screen or a problem with the projector itself as there were vertical wrinkles that became very evident during scenes of the movie with light backgrounds. I must acknowledge the staff here though. All of the younger kids working this day were were pleasant, both the gal at the box office and the two young gals that assisted us at the concession stand. They were the only reason I didn't leave a single star. I really hope management takes note of these issues as I used to really enjoy coming here.
