We ordered and spec’d a new 2022 Sprinter with Bill and he was great to work with. All we had to do was customize the van ourselves on the Mercedes website, email it over, get some suggestions on what’s best for our build, then Bill took care of the rest without us having to come into the dealer. The van arrived at MB Loveland a few days before we were leaving for a trip and they were nice enough to hold on to it for a few weeks until we got back. This was hands down the easiest and fastest car buying experience of my life. I found a specific model I wanted and had the dealer work up a proposal for me ahead of time. We made the drive up from Denver - saw the car, drove it, submitted our financing, completed the paperwork and left the dealership with our new vehicle all in roughly 90 minutes. The car we purchased was fairly priced and they had done a great job reconditioning it. We specifically worked with Nick as our sales rep and he & the finance manager Filippe (sp) were on top of the entire process. Well worth our drive up from Denver.
As of now we have bought 2 vehicles from here. Our salesperson for both has been Chase who has given us nothing but a great experience with both buys. Never have we felt rushed to make a decision or forced to buy a car. He has always been patient and worked with us to make sure we are content with the sale. The dealership overall is one of the best. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
1st time using this dealer for service. I was so impressed with the team. Everyone was courteous, and efficient. The car was spotless after my service. Shuttle service was very helpful, as I didn’t have to find someone to drop me off. I will definitely use them again.
Update October 5, 2022: I finally was able to talk to the current service manager, who had a much better attitude than whoever we talked to in April 2022. He tried to help us as much as he could and offered a complimentary service. That made me feel better about the current service team. It showed that they do care about their customers' experiences with them. I changed my rating from one star to three. I didn't want to rate it higher than that because I still feel that the previous service team could have been more informative to us so we would know what to expect. After all, most auto owners are not experts on cars and we rely on car mechanics/service staff to educate/inform us. Update September 6, 2022: After seeing the "Response from the owner" on September 6, 2022, I was curious about what they have in mind to "make this right," so I followed their suggestion and called them right away. My call was transferred to the service manager but the call was not picked up. I left a voice message with my number to call back, I did have a missed call from the dealership while I was at work, I suspect it was the service manager. I called back again but the call was again not picked up. So we haven't really talked with the dealership after my Google review post. However, we have communicated with the dealership and talked to a service manager within the dealership after our latest disappointment in April 2022, more than four month prior to my Google Review. The service manager talked defensively and made us feel very uncomfortable. We have since talked to several other professionals at two different car service places and our suspicion was proved again and again. In the end, we know how our car has been driven and in what environment our car has been used. Our intuition just told us it is time for us to bring our car somewhere else for maintenance and repair. ______________________________________________________________ Original post: After bringing our car to this place for regular maintenance for four years since moving to this area, we have decided not to come here anymore. We used to have high expectations and a lot of trust of Mercedes dealership, but apparently the reality is different. We didn't buy our car from this dealership so I can't comment on the buying experience. We only dealt with the service team. I suggest everyone to learn a little bit more about car maintenance and make sure you get what you paid for. For example, mark your tire locations, and if the dealership says they are going to rotate the tires, check your marks and make sure they did.
