My wife and I have been coming here for almost 2 full years. I honestly wish we would have canceled our membership months ago. When we first started we were very impressed. Enough to get a membership. They've done nothing but go downhill from that moment on. Now it seems all of the good masseuse's have left. The front desk people are always brand new, and they changed our 90 minute membership to a 60 minute membership without any forewarning. No emails no nothing, and the price pretty much stayed the same when they shortened our massage up. It's disappointing that we ended up canceling our membership here as we used to get monthly couples massages. I guess at some point my masseuse that's been seeing me the entire time left and the front desk lady is so new (as usual) that she doesn't even know who she is. Never even heard the name. If you are planning on getting a massage I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. Especially if you are looking for a long term thing. If it's a one off massage you can hedge your bets but good luck.

My daughter was seen by a therapist in Loveland and had a poor experience. They were late coming in, sniffed the whole time like they were sick and then she was massaging with one hand(possibly on her phone) obviously not paying attention to the client. When I called in the receptionist made excuses for her, and she was very rude and then never apologized! I never complain about anything but for the amount of money we pay the rudeness is not acceptable! I cancelled my membership and will never be back!!

This is the worst experience by far compared to the other places I went. Due to work, I was traveling a lot so I cancelled my membership. Since I don't travel as much so I start looking into finding a massage place. I saw the website about the intro special for $69, so I make the appointment online. After the massage, the front desk told me the price is $139, they can't give me the intro special since I was a member in the past. I was a member a long time ago. The front desk should have told me when I first arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. The massage therapist was not very professional. She kept drinking something, running noise and sneezing during the session. I could feel she doesn't care from the massage. She just going thru the steps, no pressure, not focus on my areas in pain (shoulder, neck and lower back). It felt like her mind was somewhere else and she did not like to be there at work. My neck pain was worst than before the massage.
If the front desk told me about the Intro special when I first arrived. I would understand and be ok to pay the full price and possible to join the membership. With both of these issues, I will not join membership and I will not come back. I will tell all my friends and people I know about this experience. I felt like I got scammed. I paid a lot of money for someone to put lotion on my back.

My husband gifted me a subscription for Christmas - the quality of massages was ehhhh, and each time I found someone I liked they would leave for one reason or the other. I cancelled in writing at the end of the year and they continued charging us through June and then would not refund, saying that I doctored the Cancellation email in January. So want to pay hundreds of extra dollars for mediocre to bad massages? This is your place.

Amazing massage! And scheduling ahead on the app made it super easy, just walk in, give them my name, and then they call you back when it's time. The only down side was the speaker in the room I was in sounded like it was broken. It was playing nice soft relaxing music, but with all the static, it wasn't very relaxing. Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars!
