Casey, our server was next level and his service was above self. The food was fantastic, I highly recommend the smoked chicken salad sandwich. I was born in Memphis, Tennessee so I like to find good barbecue joints, I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was the size of a McDonald’s cheeseburger, but for $14. The pork was good, but I would prefer it on a sourdough bun - with more meat to match your outrageous price point. I spent $77+ as a new lunch customer and at the end I asked for permission to take a Mash Lab pint glass home. As I was getting into my car an employee (or owner guy) who didn’t even thank me for being a patron and a new customer, or asked me how was my experience was - The foundation of solid hospitality. This branded glass would’ve served as free advertising in my home cupboard in Windsor..or otherwise will be dropped and broken at your establishment. I will quickly adjust this rating to, because I really like your Laboratory, but my experience at the end - after spending $77, was disappointing. Remember, we live in a new Mad Max World. Great atmosphere, service was just right, food top-notch, and a great selection of beers. The smoked wings were nirvana. It took 11 years, but I finally found a good reason for crossing the divide from the West Slope to come to the Front Range. 😁

Normally I get good service from mash lab. Unfortunately today I did not. I got a flight and one of my glasses had someone else's lipstick on the glass. Then my friend and myself got deviled eggs. One of my eggs had a hair on it. After working in a food industry myself,and it might not be a smart idea to have the kitchen visible to the customers as you always question whether the customer put the hair there themselves or not. Well me and my friend witnessed them question it which I get but I would never lie when I get hair on my food.With the bad service and drink/food issue, my friend and I decided we where going to leave an no longer go there again. Ended up at fuzzys and got better service and better quality food.
This place is hopping on a Friday. So happy to see how busy it is. The kitchen staff is on top of it! The bar staff is on top of it! Everyone is enjoying themselves! This is so great to see things look like "normal". Excellent job Mash Lab!!!
