Great staff who will work with you cheerfully if your plans change. They come by for propane refills and trash and keep the grounds in good shape. The laundry and bath house were both clean and adequate for our needs. Even though it's cozy, everyone, including their pets were very nice. Will stay here when we are able! Thanks!
Friendly helpful staff. Really great location. The entire park is surrounded by privacy fence. Everything is clean, the grounds, bathrooms, showers. Propane refills, just leave the tank out on the road in front of your camper. Nice level pull through sites. I would stay here again.
We arrived shortly after 5:00pm & the staff was very friendly & helpful even though we were a little late. The sites are very close together & as someone else said in their review, you could hand a beer to your neighbor without leaving your RV. Apparently, there are many people who live there full time. We were only there for one night, but the one thing we didn't care for is the number of people who have dogs & will not use the dog park that is provided. Instead they take their dogs to any of the grassy areas to do their business even though this grassy area is right at the side of an rv site. If you are going to have a dog, follow the park guidelines & take them to the dog park. Okay for one night, but if I was staying for a longer period of time, I'd definitely pick one of the premium sites.
We’ve been here a couple of weeks now and absolutely love it! All the staff have been beyond kind, friendly, and helpful. I appreciate the guidelines that everyone is asked to follow. I’ve found that places that have strict policies are some of the nicest places to stay. It’s in a fantastic location and handy to I-25, Estes, RMNP, Boulder and the mountains are just west of here.
Beautiful sites with view Scott’s bluff national monument. Restrooms/showers and laundry room. Very friendly staff, very helpful
