We have loved our stay so far. ( as we were falling south toward TX in an RV this was the only place above freezing within 300 miles of where we were so we stopped here) They have a steep 2 person only charge and our kids cost us $30 per kid, $60 for the week extra, with no extra amenities or any at all. For the price we paid, in many parts of the country, there would have been a lot of extras and it would not have been in season pricing(it was beginning of Oct). Unfortunately we are in Colorado and everything here costs more, take that into account when choosing to see mountains, there are mountains in many states and they are all awesome!!! if you choose to visit CO, Loveland Rv Resort is a great location to visit. The people here are great. Close to Estes Park and all other cool things in CO. Plan on doing some driving no matter where you stay. Overall , if this is your only choice, enjoy! It is a good campground.
The resort is amazing place for our large family to rest while visiting family. However, they only take your money for reservations under their conditions. Carla in the front office has no problem telling you how it is going to be. Honestly, we just wanted to pay for our stay. You would have thought we were asking for a discount or something. After we confronted her about her abruptness and I don't care attitude, she proceeded outside to express nastyness towards us to a guest we did not even know. It is clear her years of service to the community has warn her customer service to zilch. Reasonably priced, clean with a wonderful location for shopping would be perfect with a little added detail to customer service. Denise is the manager, we shall see how she views customer satisfaction. For more information about our stay tune into Rob & Tristan's Foster Life ®️ Only on Foster TV Network™️! Manager never did call to address concerns.
Very nice RV resort. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. The staff were very pleasant. The grounds, restrooms, and showers were very clean. The location is convenient to shopping (nice new large shopping center next door across a street), the old downtown area (a couple of miles), and nice large park and lake (a couple of miles), and adjacent to the main route to Estes Park (30 miles). The space between neighboring sites is closer than we like but maybe a little further apart than the typical private campground (we like state and national parks in most cases). Definitely better than any KOA we've ever stayed at.
I was only dropping off a friend so I can't say anything about the service there. However, it seemed rather quaint and rustic in the RV park itself. The feeling I got reminded me of going camping with my father when I was a child, an impressive feat considering the fact that it's located in the city of Loveland and not in the foothills. Most if not all of the RV's we're of a newer make except for one that I had noticed (see picture). The people seemed friendly and waived while saying hello as I drove past. I'm not sure what prices are like but I hear that they're comparable to an average hotels prices. All in all I'd say it was a clean and a friendly environment and I wouldn't mind staying there myself.
Centrally located and big beautiful trees!! Friendly staff. I'm giving a 3 star because of the Bob cat noise construction right by the office at 7:30 am on a Saturday! Not happy about that. Lots of road and highway noise as well.
