Apparently the staff have not been trained in the Colorado mask mandate. Because I am medically unable to wear a mask, I wore a face shield. The mandate provides that people with a medical issue need not explain other then stating he or she has a medical condition. I at least had the courtesy of wearing a shield and maintaining a six foot distance but was told that was not acceptable. Between the total lack of good customer service and prices, I understand why the store was not busy and I was able to maintain the distance.
I recently made a purchase at the Centerra Loft and received absolutely stellar customer service from Erin upon checking out. She helped me return an item and bundle a discount so I could receive an even greater deal on the excellent clothing I purchased. I sincerely appreciate her assistance!
