I had been at the store earlier that day to exchange some shorts I bought for my vacation coming up. They didn't have the sizes I needed so I came home to purchased the shorts online. They were more online so I called to see if they could do a phone order since I live 30 minutes away. They were delighted to help me place my order over the phone and get me exactly what I needed. I was helped by a wonderful woman, Nicole. She was kind and friendly. THANK YOU for helping a pregnant gal feel beautiful and pampered even over the phone.
The service was amazing. We burst through the door in a frenzy 10 minutes to close on a Saturday night and we were greeted with warm smiles and welcomed into the store. After they asked how they could help both Frankie and Erin launches into action to help us find an outfit for our important photos the following day. After the found multiple outfits they ushers us to the dressing room for a full on fashion show and treated us like royalty. We ended up with 3 great options. Frankie and Erin treated us so amazing, we will be back and recommend them to anyone we can. Thank you again for all your help.

Lately the LOFTS clothing lines have just been fantastic! Hats off to the designers of the new spring lines! Also, the current sales team is absolutely wonderful. I had stopped shopping there at one point due to the customer service, but when I stopped in a couple weeks ago to see a few cute things... I was so pleasantly surprised with the level of care and attention from each associate. All of the gals are wonderful, sweet, and very helpful. The store is always in spectacular condition, and runs smoothly and efficiently. It’s something I so appreciate, especially after recently leaving a review for another retailer for treating me poorly - seemingly based on age and appearance at times. Thank you for making shopping such a wonderful experience!!
Apparently the staff have not been trained in the Colorado mask mandate. Because I am medically unable to wear a mask, I wore a face shield. The mandate provides that people with a medical issue need not explain other then stating he or she has a medical condition. I at least had the courtesy of wearing a shield and maintaining a six foot distance but was told that was not acceptable. Between the total lack of good customer service and prices, I understand why the store was not busy and I was able to maintain the distance.
