I saw Dr Rachel Feldman for my annual checkup. As always, she was great. She’s knowledgeable, compassionate and takes the time to discuss and explain anything you care to discuss. Heidi was my nurse and she too was wonderful. She was friendly, efficient and made sure that I was well taken care of. What a team!!
So easy, no line! Sheri was so good. She explained why it is important for seniors to get their shots sooner rather than later because of the improvements in the vaccine and the efficacy is longer lasting now than it used to be. Also becauce the booster shot may not be available during the flu season due to more people waiting to get the shot later in the Fall when the supply is lower. It was a totally pleasant experience. Didn't hurt, either.
Been a Kaiser patient for 30 years. The level of care has gone down and down over the last few years. I've about had it with the loveland Doctors. My last PCP would take a week to respond if not longer to health concerns. This last time I'm 3 weeks with no response when I complained he told me if I knew what his work load was and the amount of emails he has to return I might understand. What? I told him that's not my concern go whine to someone else. I pay over $509 a month for nothing here. The chief physician responded and didn't offer anything other than I shouldn't email the doctors my concerns. She was a total jerk. Didn't even address my health concern. Said to me you had alot of doctors. Thst was gas lighting. If she looked she see I've been with Kaiser 30 years and they can't keep steady PCP on staff. Only had a few in that many years. Rest were specialist. To add Kaiser sent email wanting to know more so I responded and a month later no follow up. Nothing. All they want is your money. Not to help.
Sharon at the front desk was extremely understanding and helpful when I realized I didn’t have my Kaiser card and was able to find my account in no time- she was able to get me set up and seen for the walk in flu shot/Covid booster super fast, so I waited less then 10 minutes before being seen. Nurse Heidi was incredible kind and professional, answering my (admittedly google-able) questions and then administering the least poke-y shots I can remember getting.
The RNs that helped me were awesome and very understanding. I have a condotion that makes it so I have to lay down when getting shots. Sandra and her manager were very helpful and got me a bed and stayed with me to make sure I was ok. Even got me some juice just incase.
