This is a unique Christmas shopping experience! We specialize in several gifting ideas, the top 3 are Royal Riviera seasonal pears, our gift baskets, (custom gift baskets for either family or business) and our extraordinary sweet snacks like Moose Munch and truffles. Our store is closer to a European gourmet grocery in style, so during busier days there are a few traffic problems, but we maintain a clean and well-stocked store with a cheery and helpful staff. Everything in this store is delicious! A wonderful go to for gifts, appetizers and treats. They will even create customized baskets at no charge. The clerks are very knowledgeable about the products. There is always coffee on the sideboard, help yourself. The Oregon Harry and David pears will be in the store the end of Sept or some time in Oct....it all depends on the harvest. Their pears are unbelievably good that is until you actually try one.

Recently I visited Harry and David at The Promenade shops. I had been looking for a place to purchase closing gifts for my clients. As a realtor I need gifts for my clients. I need the gifts I take to closings to be at different price points and I need them to be ready at a moments notice. Not only was the staff accommodating but also they are friendly, effecient, and extremely enjoyable to work with. I was so impressed, I left with two Gorgeous baskets for my clients and a number of delicious products for myself! I will be working with Harry and David and their Wonderful staff for all of my future closings.... parties, barbecues etc! Thank you Erin for your knowledge and professionalism! I have already referred many from my office!

Worst Christmas shopping experience yet. I was in the store on Saturday afternoon, before Christmas. Many products were not priced, and the staff on the floor couldn't tell you how much the product cost. The layout of the store for a busy shopping day, is horrible. The line to check out was exceptionally long (extending at least half way through the store), with only two cashiers working. And the cashiers were trying to talk each customer into signing up for their rewards program (and have them fill out the application AT THE COUNTER), which just prolonged the time it took them to check out each customer.....making the wait even longer. The product is very good, and the staff were very friendly (and apologetic about the wait time). But the management of this store leaves a lot to be desired. I won't go back to this store, unless it is during non-peak hours.

My husband and I visited the Harry and David store at the Centerra shopping center in Loveland CO on December 22,2018 at around 1:30p. Every year we spend hundreds of dollars on gift baskets. Last year when we visited we were so impressed with the customer service that we sent thank you notes thanking the managers and staff. The staff wrote down our items for the cashier while they gift wrapped all of our baskets and by the time we paid we had beautiful gifts to take home. This year we arrived and shopped for about half an hour compiling two baskets for our folks. We stood in line for 45 minutes, while 3 employees stood behind one functional cash register, two ladies stood in the back storeroom just talking with the door open, and another passed out candy to an ever growing line. We finally made our way to the register, after witnessing a disgruntled lady pay and be mocked by two staff members, both of which just standing and watching. The cashier was younger and had red in her hair and said sorry for the wait would you like us to wrap these for you? I replied "yes please." An older short haired blonde who I believe is named Lyn, didn't make eye contact but said "We aren't doing that." I then asked why they weren't wrapping baskets since the station was unmanned, and fully stocked with supplies and at least 4 employees weren't doing anything. She snapped back that it would be at least 2 hours before she could wrap them because of the line. I said nevermind, that I needed them wrapped as gifts and stepped out of line. I asked a darker hair lady for a corporate contact and she laughed at me and said no. Another asked why I needed it and I said that Lyn claims that you are not wrapping baskets right now. Lyn jumped from behind the counter, and snapped in my face "no one said that." I believe Erin was the manager on duty, and as I started to cry, she said "OH,  I'll wrap them.." I wondered why in the world it would take Lyn 2 hours to wrap them, and it wasn't until I started to cry from the harassment that it was now possible. Needless to say, after over an hour in your store, we left empty handed and will not be going back. This staff could really use a course in respect and customer service. They've lost loyal long time customers.
