Last week I had numerous problems with my Ipad. Spencer was the person who helped me. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. His expertise in solving problems was above and beyond what I expected and in my opinion is an indispensable employee.
Worst decision to buy Total Wreck. Called Best buy "cust serv" for months for different ongoing issues with 3rd party vendors, NO communication at all about delays, poor or inaccurate information. And unexpected surprises...such as, oh sorry we won't be able to install it. But we can leave it in your living room and the next guys can do it

I don't even have to make an appointment to get my broken cell phone screen fix and they did it in under 20 minutes these guys are awesome, so definitely always buy the flood protection by expensive tech!!!
Made an appointment for a broken iPhone screen. I was told it would be 10-12 minutes to run a diagnostic on my phone, it’s a broken screen I don’t know why we need a diagnostic but OK. Forty minutes later the tech said he was done and needed to check for parts, I had an appointment to fix a broken screen shouldn’t we have done this before his 40 minute diagnostic? He came back and told me they don’t carry parts for red iPhones and I would have to go to Boulder. When I asked him why I had to wait for a diagnostic when the screen was clearly broken he ignored me and continued working on his computer, he didn’t look up he didn’t say anything just ignored me until I walked away. That was my first and last experience with The Geek Squad and I will never go back to that Best Buy.
