This clinic is full of very kind people who just do not do opioid pain management. I don’t know why they can’t state that when someone is referred, but they do not do it. You should do your due diligence and search for a clinic who does. While they are very pleasant and kind, even if you are stage 4 cancer diagnosed they do not agree with opioid use here. Good luck in you search as it gets more and more difficult to find care for chronic bone pain patients. If you are on a small dose of opioid medication for something acute. I do agree it is best to not take opioids. Unless you are a terminal person. It can snatch your energy. Dr. Brown is a very kind man.

Wonderful staff. They will answer all your questions and are extremely professional.
Colin Carpenter, MD at UCHealth Pain Management has done 2 nerve block diagnostic tests in preparation for a nerve ablatio.
Both took less than 30 minutes and were relatively painless...similar to getting dental novacaine.
Both took the pain from a 5 to a 0.
Wear socks. It is cold in that room. Lol

I just got an epidural in my neck this morning and although I am not feeling the relief yet I wanted to say how professional all the employees were. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed As this was the first time I was doing something like this. They also had a horrible Karen being incredibly rude and dramatic, which they handled the situation very well. Nurses and doctors need to get more credit for the stuff they have to deal with on a daily basis. Thank you all for an amazing experience and all you do for your patients. I’ll see you again in six months.

The provider and front desk staff were excellent, but I have been waiting for over a week to get scheduled for a test/procedure. I contacted the office and was told they were very busy and see a lot of people so it would take up to 3 weeks to schedule me. I contacted scheduling and was told the same thing. Both mentioned waiting for the insurance company verification, but that was completed over a week ago. Apparently, this is standard practice at this clinic. I worked in health care for 25 years and a 3-week delay in scheduling would not have been permitted

I've been seeing Dr. Brown & Staff for 6-yrs and they are simply wonderful!! Friendly, courteous, professional, & able to laugh 😀 I would be terribly sad if I ever have to stop receiving care.
