I just got an epidural in my neck this morning and although I am not feeling the relief yet I wanted to say how professional all the employees were. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed As this was the first time I was doing something like this. They also had a horrible Karen being incredibly rude and dramatic, which they handled the situation very well. Nurses and doctors need to get more credit for the stuff they have to deal with on a daily basis. Thank you all for an amazing experience and all you do for your patients. I’ll see you again in six months.
Extremely difficult to get into at first... Once an established patient, not too bad. However, Monday in Loveland are so very busy!! I've waited over an hour to even get called into a room. Not too sure why the wait is always so long, especially considering my appointment, once the Dr or PA come in, has NEVER been more then 5 minutes. VIRTUAL appointments usually run anywhere from 20-30 mins behind, but a lot easier to do things while waiting virtually then to sit in the full waiting room. I've had 2 seperate procedures by Dr Giradi. Epidural/spinal injections in my neck and the my back (L5/S1 bilateral). The pain, numbing, burning sensation I had due to my neck, IS GONE!!! I'm elated at the neck results!! I just had the lower back and sciatic both sides, done. I'm very hopeful that those injections will do their job just like the neck ones did. Staff at office and Loveland procedure area are joyful, thoughtful, empathetic and helpful. The nurses prepping for the procedures are very educated and personable. They made me feel more at ease when I came in as a very anxious nervous and skeptical patient. My ONLY FEW complaints and why I didn't give 5*'s is because #1- when I was in unbelievable, couldn't walk, crying pain... I wrote on the UC HEALTH portal app. I didn't even receive a reply to my message and they had called in a burst of steroids. I wouldn't of known the called in the rx if it wasn't because my app notified me of a filled prescription. I remained in 8 out of 10 pain for 6 days.... FINALLY received a call from a PA who was very nice, but sent me directly to the ER. Wish they spent just a little bit more person-2-person especially considering my extensive medical. And #2- I wish I had been told that had I scheduled the procedure in Fort Collins at Harmony, they do actual anesthesia, not just VERY light sedation. I felt every single thing on my neck and back. It was uncomfortable but NOT "painful"!! SORRY FOR A BOOK REVIEW I rather know as much as possible about a Dr, facility or surgical ANYTHING. There's my 🪙*🪙 2 cents
I had an injection for my excruciating SI joint pain, and from start to finish, had amazing care. The staff who take care of the administrative end of things, the nursing staff, and Dr. Brown were all caring, took time to listen to what was wrong, and cared for me as if I was family. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. There are options for pain relief without medications! This team knows their stuff!
I’d like to share my experience, I have had one fusion and two artificial disc replacements. I still continue to have severe neck and arm pain in both arms. Dr. Brown has done several injections and The other physicians assistant have been very helpful to treat my pain. The front desk staff, is exceptional! I called to get a claim number to contact my insurance, it only took a couple minutes. The front desk person immediately got what I was asking for!! very helpful!! Thank you! I just seen all the other negative reviews, and I wanted to stand up for this amazing facility. I highly recommend them. If you’re looking for narcotics and not willing to try anything else, don’t go there. Pills aren’t always the answer.
Had a procedure there yesterday. Everyone was great and easy to talk to. They explained every step of the process and made it very comfortable. Awesome crew!
