They're always awesome. I'm just not getting to writing this review but I love coming to this location. The staff is always friendly and they always spend a good amount of time cutting my hair. I know some folks like to GET IN and GET OUT but I feel like the quality of work is lost when stylists/barbers rush through the work. I don't really need a lot of conversation but if the person I'm with wants to talk, I'm all about it. If they stand in silence while cutting my hair, I enjoy that just the same. I've had both ends of the spectrum at this location and I love it. Keep it up guys and gals, you're awesome
I started going to this Floyd's about 6 months ago and Caroline was the barber I got booked with. She does an absolutely amazing job every time I go in and I've never left disappointed with how my hair looks since she's been cutting it. If you're looking for a quick one time cut or a new barber I would highly recommend going with Caroline!
Today I got my haircut from Tiffany. Although not very talkative. She was a wizard with cutting my hair. I can really tell she’s a hard worker and made the experience effortless. The haircuts get a little expensive here but the quality remains the same. I’ll be back in a few months to get a haircut and I know the experience will be fantastic. PS Give Tiffany a raise 😊
I came here two previous times and liked the haircuts I got, but the one I got the other day was disappointing. I grew my hair out more to try and achieve a more specific hairstyle and showed pictures to my barber. I mentioned not to cut it short as well, especially on top. I should have spoken up more with what I noticed, I wish I wasn't so tired that morning I didn't really care and didn't want to be upset at my barber. The haircut is fine but not at all close to what I showed and talked about. I replied to the survey and was called today and was offered half off my next haircut, but now that's going to be months away. I do not plan to come here again.
So incredibly disappointed. Came in 5 minutes before my appointment, we sat down and waited 15 min after being told to sit down. My appointment was at 1030 and during that time I was never acknowledged again. I understand the receptionist was dealing with IT on the phone, but it would have taken her only a few seconds to apologize for my wait and update me on the time. I assume she finally realized our frustration and came over to apologize. She did offer a free haircut, but honestly after waiting for so long and the treatment we received I rather never come back. So frustrating that they do charge for last minute cancelations or the chance of losing your appointment for being late, but they manage to ignore me and waste my time.
