I was disappointed with the service I received today. I tried to return a pair of slacks I paid $128 for but because there was one black tag that read “Do Not Remove” I was unable to return. I asked if I can at least exchange for the right size so it’s not a complete loss. I was told no! I asked for customer service’s number. When I called I was told it’s up to the manager’s discretion. They also said the manager could have gave me store credit or exchanged for the right size but since they didn’t I can try returning at a different Express store. So make sure that tag is on your clothing when you purchase and be careful not to remove. The Loveland manager does not do any returns without that one tag!
Didn't really have anything we needed. My best friend and I went in there because we ordered some stuff online. It came in and still had the security tag on the bottom? Plus, they were out of stock of everything we asked for. The girl who helped us seemed pretty disinterested. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Definitely didn't encourage me to want to shop there again.
First I had horrible customer service when I was shopping here. The employees completely ignored us and it was horrible trying to even check out because of the 3 employees that were there none paid any attention to the customers. Second I tried to return an item the very next morning having never worn it and I was refused a refund because supposedly a tag that’s supposed to be on there was not there. Never removed a tag and if you inspect items at return you should inspect them at purchase to make sure the tag is there. I will never ship here again. Horrible experience.
Express is one of my favorite stores.to shop at for dress clothes. I'm not sure why the selection is so limited for Men, but it was disappointing for sure. Hopefully it's because of the pandemic and things will get back to normal soon.
Bought a pair of jeans here and they didn't fit as well as they did in the store, the way genes usually do. I took them back to the store and they didn't have my size in stock, so the manager exchanged for the size I needed and had them shipped to my house at no extra charge! It was a perfect example of what above and beyond customer service looks like! Top marks!
