My company recently held our annual convention at this hotel. The sleeping rooms were clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast had a nice selection of items to pick from. The sales team, front desk staff, all the entire hotel team that were behind the scenes were extremely pleasant and were there when I needed them. Our organized meals were appealing, and I can honestly say very tasty. Rooms were set up as instructed and when I had additional request from speakers it was no problem at all. Everyone was professional, patient and truly a joy to work with. I am looking forward to our 2024 event at this location.
My family and I visited this hotel for the Shaw Classic. We appreciated how clean the rooms were along with the friendly staff. We also looked forward to the delicious omelets the hotel served for breakfast! The location was also nice with plenty of grass area for dogs/kids to play in. The freeway wasn't too loud either we never heard it in our hotel room. We felt safe and had no worries about the area. After the Shaw Classic show ended we had a hotel booked in Estes Park. Unfortunately that hotel was horrible! So we actually came back to Embassy because we liked it so much.
This hotel is so convenient. Right off the interstate and easy to get to. The woman at the front desk was very nice when we checked in, but later when I called to ask about booking another night the woman who answered was very short with me and actually pretty rude. The room was clean and comfortable. The interstate being right outside your window can get a bit noisy, but not terrible. I do wish they would have left more than two coffee pods for in the morning, but I just went downstairs to the Starbucks in the lobby and got a good cup of coffee. The breakfast the next morning was pretty standard hotel food. I wouldn’t bother. But there is a Starbucks inside the lobby, which was very nice. We have stayed here several times and will be back.
Nice hotel, nice "manager's reception", very nice breakfast. Room decor was a bit tired but was a quick walk to Blue Arena for the concert we were attending. We slept great but that could be all of the "refreshments" we had at the concert. Overall a nice experience.
We stayed recently and while the location was convenient for what we needed, I’m not sure if we would stay there again. Large room, nice breakfast, but paper thin walls. We could hear everything going on in both rooms on either side of us and I’m sure they could hear us too. People weren’t loud, the walls were just that thin.
