We love Eagle Ridge! The location is perfect, the grounds are gorgeous, and it's so nice to walk outside and have a beautiful lake right there. It doesn't even feel like we're living in an apartment complex because there's so much room and it's not too densely packed.
Thank you for a warm welcome, total cooperation, understanding, and maki g my move to 6-207 easy for me. As a senior it is so encouraging to have this level of support and caring.
I emailed and called the office to make sure that I didn't owe any money at the end, I heard nothing back and they closed my account so I assumed all was said and done. The office made 0 attempt to call/email/mail me directly before sending debt collectors. Not to mention that I had to deal with mice, AC not working, apartment was completely filthy when I first moved in and neighbors calling animal control because of barking dogs in the building (I only lived here for 4 months before breaking my lease).
These apartments have potential but the 3 months we have been here have been nothing but disappointing problems. Maybe I should just make a list… 1. We were promised our unit was one of the remodeled apartments with stainless steel appliances and it was not. Actually when we moved in the microwave was missing and the counters were not refinished like we were told. They did take care of the microwave and counter but the appliances stayed and were not replaced. 2. The bugs. Oh my goodness. We had the worst ant and spider problem. Had to call 2 times in the first 2 months. We finally gave up on them and took care of the problem ourself. 3. The price when we applied on the website was not the monthly rent rate we were given. Even though they said since the apartment website was glitching that they would match it. 4. Our toilet broke. Maintenance came out to temporarily fix it and said a plumber would need to do the permanent fix. It’s been 2 weeks and no plumber. 5. Now our dishwasher is broken. 6. The management/office people are constantly changing. Like I said. This place has the potential but all they do is put bandaid fixes on things and underneath it all they are falling apart. I love the layout of the apartment and the community. So it does have a few positives. This has all happened since March. Can’t wait to see what the next 9 months holds for us.
After living here for a year, a slew of issues occurred. A leak near the water heater led to losing our heat for 3 days during the dead of winter; the paint and caulking began to peel due to the layers being added after each tenant; apartment dirty and blinds damaged upon move-in; and maintenance requests were never answered. The rents are lower because they'll tack on the charges on the move-out statement, and they'll charge you for "pet damages" regardless of how good your pet is. The snow removal during the winter was abysmal, leaving dangerous amounts of ice and mounds all around the parking lot. The reviews are artificially inflated by their points program - giving "points" in exchange for silent 5-star ratings. Avoid this place if you can.
