We love Eagle Ridge! The location is perfect, the grounds are gorgeous, and it's so nice to walk outside and have a beautiful lake right there. It doesn't even feel like we're living in an apartment complex because there's so much room and it's not too densely packed.
I have had a terrible experience living here. This is now the second time my apartment has had plumbing issues this year. This time it was to the point the ceiling had to be cut out. No one cleaned up the mess after they were done working. There is drywall dust covering every inch of my apartment and I now have to spend the entire weekend cleaning EVERYTHING by myself after not being able to stay in my own apartment all week. I am very disappointed with the team that runs this apartment building and the way they handle maintenance issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I don’t care if it is a convenient location, it’s not worth the mess.
Rented with Eagle Ridge for 13 months. I loved the convenient location since I commuted to Fort Collins for work. Also loved that it was so close to Target! The unit was clean and kept well. Walls were thin to the point where I could hear my neighbor's snoring at night and the upstairs neighbor's dog running (they also argued a lot so I heard those as well). There were a lot of bugs but that seems to be normal since the apartments were near water. The gym was small and had limited machines but it was 24 hours. Maintenance requests were handled promptly. I lived on the ground floor so I had a small little patio with a gate and I noticed an odd thing that happens every time someone comes to shovel the snow. The entire community would be clear from snow (sidewalks, parking, etc) but they somehow ALWAYS missed the area in front of my gate. I've attached photos to show what I mean. My neighbors walkways were clear except for mine; third photo is my walkway and in the fourth photo, the blue arrow shows the beginning of it. Other than that I had no problems.
The Maintenance guy was good. He tried to fix the issue. Air conditioning, but he said the unit is "broken" and that he had tried to order parts for another unit, but none were available. And so, it's supposed to reach almost 90 degrees this week and we will have no air conditioning. WHAT AM I PAYING FOR?? I have to pay these high prices for rent and supposedly so that we can have conveniences and were are told that the maintenance department does not give their repairmen the tools they need to do their jobs. Come on Eagle Ridge, I know for a fact you are making money hand over fist and you can't give the repairmen what they need to take care of the need? Really? To take care of the tenants that have to pay these "market value" high prices for rent?? These are older apartments and not in that great of shape. You can at least afford to get the supplies needed to keep them working they way they should!
Madeline was very professional, kind and understanding. I am very impressed with our apartment. It’s extremely clean and smells fresh. So glad we picked this ideal location!
