Bruce spent a ton of time with me fitting me to the right clubs and he even gave me a couple of good tips about my set up. Then the manager Chris helped me with a special promotion. That is great service all the way around. I was very impressed

Went to the store to look for a bike for my 12 year old son. Damian(sorry if I spelled it wrong), the associate that helped us, was great. We discussed options at different price points. The size frame for the bike my son wanted to try was not on the floor. He checked inventory and said they just got one in stock and if we had some shopping or whatever he could put it together for us to test.
He put it together, adjusted it to fit my son, explained the shifters, and a short test ride later... SOLD.
He then asked if we wanted to look at kick stands too. I hadn't even thought of that and definitely would have been a bit frustrated if we got home, only to have to come back for one. Again, we discussed options and he sold us a kickstand and installed it right then. Freakin' fantastic customer service!
Then, he talked about their protection plan and the tune ups and other things it covered. Didn't try to hard sell it, just explained it and said it was something he thought was useful and a pretty good deal and was something to consider. Dang it, the dude is good. Sold me that too.
Dean was the associate that checked us out. He was very friendly and showed us the steps required to fill out the protection plan. It took me all of 2 minutes to do that.
Very long story short...We went in to just look, but ended up being very satisfied new bike owners. Thanks to everyone. Best sporting goods store experience I've had.

Great store, good staff, clean store, and reasonable prices. I would like to offer a thousand thanks, respect, and professionalism to a young lady named Page. She is the only reason why I will come back again, especially when Cindy had an attitude and gave me incorrect information regarding military discounts and Kendall forgot to take the security tags off my boots. However, once I got home I then realized the other shoe also had a security tag. This is when Page apologized for everything when I called back. Unfortunately, due to distance issues and time constraints, I was forced to cut off the sewn in shoe pull tabs (Thus damaging my new boots) just so I could wear my new shoes. Nevertheless, I still respect and appreciate Page's kindness, and respect for trying to help me out with this issue. Well done Page, I will definitely tell my military brethren to come see you and shop at your store.
