I used the "Value Trade In" tool on their website and was emailing back and forth with the manager. Because of the crazy car market in July of 2021, the manager said, "We need your current vehicle. We are offering top value right now whether you trade or just sell it to us!" We agreed that I would come in the next day for an appraisal. After coming in, I worked with someone under the manager to obtain an appraisal. He seemed disinterested to work with me from the start, wasn't very friendly, and seemed annoyed that I was there. Regardless, I was still trying to sell my vehicle. They looked over my vehicle, "ran some numbers" and came back to where I was sitting. He simply told me, "We do not have a market for your vehicle right now but will call you if we do." No offer; not even a low-ball. Not at all what I was expecting. So I wasted my afternoon taking off work to come to a dealership for an answer over an email that could have prevented me from wasting my time. Seems like a poor way to conduct business and retain or attract new customers.
I had been calling around looking for a specific truck through most of the dealerships in Utah and Colorado. Kirk was the first one that went out of his way to work with me. Because it takes so little effort to sell inventory when it arrives, I was EXTREMELY happy with Kirk on working with me and getting me the exact truck I wanted in a very reasonable time frame. Can't say enough good about Kirk and your whole crew, Ryan in finance was great too! Easiest in and out I've ever had at a dealership. Highly recommend these guys
Amazing sales team and business office team. I have now purchased 2 vehicles through them, one with Danny and one with Kirk. Both times they were upfront and transparent with the pricing. Agreed to allow my own mechanics go inspect vehicles and made sure that all issues were addressed immediately Highly recommend them!
I had a really seamless and wonderful buying process at this Chevrolet. I submitted some info online ahead of time and was contacted by Blake shortly thereafter to discuss the process. Blake was very attentive and thorough and that really helped a lot. When I arrived, every associate I encountered was so friendly and helpful. Once I decided I wanted to buy the vehicle, everyone involved took great care of me. From the initial intake all the way until I was handed the keys...everyone was fantastic. As a lone lady shopping for a car, I have found other places try to take advantage of what they assume I don't know. Not once did I ever get treated like that here and that means a lot to me. A big thank you to Blake, Scott and Ryan for making the car buying experience so smooth. Kirk was awesome from the get go. Worked with us fast and was very professional, upfront and helpful. Got us the truck I wanted at a great price! Ryan was awesome too and helped us with the accessories, 7yr bumper to bumper/lifetime drivetrain warranty, and scheduling installation for parts! I think our next car is gonna come out of here as well!
