Had a great experience! Cameron Rudd was a great sales agent and made the day really quick and easy. I really appreciate him being patient and very knowledgeable with all my questions. They made some great deals happen so I ended up purchasing and walking out that same day. Highly recommend and I will be back for a future purchases.
Process was pretty easy as my son purchased a used Jeep Compass in August, from them but unfortunately it has been in the shop more than he has had it in his possession. I’d run out of space if I listed all the issues, many according to Jeep we’re band-aided over but apparent. If Crossroads had done their used car checks as they say they do it would have presented some of these issues. I do not recommend this dealership for ANY used car purchase. Sadly we got burned!! Wanted to add to my review. Crossroads reached out after my review posted and asked if they worked with us would I consider taking the review down. They seemed more interested in us taking the review down however, we went back to dealership with the car in hopes they would work with us to make this situation right. They treated us like we were there to buy a car and trade in a used vehicle, kept telling us they were making us a great deal. They told us the car we purchased in August had seriously depreciated, even with all the repairs we had done, all the money my son put into it and the minimal miles put on it since he wasn’t able to drive it. Not once did the manager come speak to us face to face, he knew we were there and we spent several hours there. Sadly we folded and walked out with another used car from them, I regret it but we felt like we were totally stuck. As we were leaving, not as happy customers, they again asked if we could take review down. Answer is clearly NO! Would not recommend them, there are other dealerships around.
Slimiest car dealership I have ever dealt with. Can’t pay cash; they force you into a loan with Wells Fargo, the most corrupt bank in recent history. Sold me a car with a “Colorado Package” without telling me for $2,300. This included about $1 worth of plastic on the hood and another couple bucks worth of tint on the windows which make it so dark at night that you can’t see out the sides. Definitely a safety issue. The salesman was cavalier with the facts surrounding electric vehicles and made multiple misrepresentations. I never really trusted this dealership from the beginning but really wanted the car. I wasn’t as careful as I should have been. Buyer beware. Read the reviews carefully before deciding to go with this dealership. In addition there was a small dent above the door handle that I noticed 3 days after taking delivery. Very unlikely that it happened after I took possession.
Hands down one of the best dealerships I’ve been too and I’ve been too a lot of different dealerships. They were very honest and actually helped me get the best deal that I could and the best APR they could give. They would have given me a 1% APR but remember the banks control that aspect! Lorie Hoag was very honest and treated us very well. She was just awesome! Thank you Lorie and Crossroads Hyundai dealership for helping me get a new car under a very difficult time!
We had a similar issue with our purchase that a few others complained about. My wife and I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson no doubt we paid full price + but that is not the issue it is the extended warranty. I was not keen on any extended policy but my wife felt we should. It was my understanding with the salesperson that it would be around $2,000. We signed the papers and left to await for our vehicle.The paperwork was e-mailed to me and when I reviewed the paperwork it said the extended policy would be $4,000. I called to cancel the policy but the salesperson said that nothing could be done after she consulted with I believe Tyler the finance manager. If the cost of the policy was highlighted at the time of signing I would have never signed. So as the story goes buyer be aware when you sign. Oh buy the way as some have said they are terrible at returning calls. if purchasing a car check with other dealers you may have a better experience.
