Bought a '23 Santa Cruz from Lorie and it was such an amazing experience. So much so, that I sent my son and he bought a '23 Tucson yesterday from Lorie too. She was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and there was no pressure at all. Not once did I feel like I was dealing with a "pushy" car salesman. She was so easy and pleasant to work with I immediately felt comfortable. I had lots of questions because I have to make sure the car is a right fit for me. Lorie is a seasoned professional and certainly knew her stuff. Not only about the vehicle but the whole buying process. I knew exactly what I was getting into because she explained everything. There was a delay getting the Santa Cruz from another dealer but she handled it and kept me informed like a champ. Not only would I BUY HERE AGAIN, but I will be sending more friends and family down to see her again. Thanks again Lorie for one of the funnest vehicles I've ever own.

Had a great experience! Cameron Rudd was a great sales agent and made the day really quick and easy. I really appreciate him being patient and very knowledgeable with all my questions. They made some great deals happen so I ended up purchasing and walking out that same day. Highly recommend and I will be back for a future purchases.

I had a great experience at Crossroads. I initially just went to look at available options with interest in a few I had seen online. After working with Lorie I was able to purchase a new vehicle that exceeds my expectations! Working the finance portion was a new experience for me and everyone involved was super helpful. All of my concerns were addressed and they were able to get me the best deal possible. I sincerely appreciate the customer service.

Love the new truck, and can't say enough for Lorie, Tyler, and the whole team that got this done for us.... Well things sure changed. Things were not explained well about licensing and it took about 40 days to pay off the trade in. Meanwhile Dave the GM calls to tell me it s my fault. Needless to say, I will never return to this dealership and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I do however still love the Santa Cruz and Hyundai in general.

Process was pretty easy as my son purchased a used Jeep Compass in August, from them but unfortunately it has been in the shop more than he has had it in his possession. I’d run out of space if I listed all the issues, many according to Jeep we’re band-aided over but apparent. If Crossroads had done their used car checks as they say they do it would have presented some of these issues. I do not recommend this dealership for ANY used car purchase. Sadly we got burned!!
Wanted to add to my review. Crossroads reached out after my review posted and asked if they worked with us would I consider taking the review down. They seemed more interested in us taking the review down however, we went back to dealership with the car in hopes they would work with us to make this situation right. They treated us like we were there to buy a car and trade in a used vehicle, kept telling us they were making us a great deal. They told us the car we purchased in August had seriously depreciated, even with all the repairs we had done, all the money my son put into it and the minimal miles put on it since he wasn’t able to drive it. Not once did the manager come speak to us face to face, he knew we were there and we spent several hours there. Sadly we folded and walked out with another used car from them, I regret it but we felt like we were totally stuck. As we were leaving, not as happy customers, they again asked if we could take review down. Answer is clearly NO! Would not recommend them, there are other dealerships around.
