After ice skating the day after Christmas 2022, we called to make a reservation. The lady Sara on the phone said you have to go to their website to make a reservation and there was a 40 minute wait.
Their website was messed up and it took multiples of us trying to finally get a reservation and on their website, it said there was only a 5 minute wait.
We got there 20 minutes later, there was no wait in line-- however we did have to wait 45 minutes after ordering to get our food.
The service was good, our waitress was friendly. I ordered the trout with Mac n cheese and fried apples. The trout was good and so were the apples. The Mac and Cheese was dry and rubbery. 1 of us got chicken and dumplings--at least half of that was left when we left and she didn't want to take the leftovers home. 1 person ordered a salad with chicken. There was nothing left of that.
The peach tea was yummy. High marks for that.

Over all was good and got fast early checkin online. Payment online was convenient. Chicken n Dumplings was cold at first but once warmed up was great. Meatloaf was crumbly in middle but tast was good. Ham was too thin sliced for me but taste was excellent. Little trouble getting tea filled but was very busy and why I ordered glass of water. Will have try again since saw fried chicken plate that looked amazing. If that is as good as it looks, we have a Winner Winner Chicken 🍽 🥗

Sierra is a great server who works hard and has a good attitude. Unfortunately, the kitchen doesn't back her up. It took way too long to be seated and get our food. Even with a party of 8, 2.5 hours waiting for a table, then waiting for our food and getting through dinner was way too long!

Tried everything on the promotion page, shown on my photo. Next time, I would opt to double down on bacon instead of getting sausage. I'm not typically a fan of pancakes, but the crispy edge of their griddle cooked pancakes are delicious! Also, this Fruit Stand Sweet Tea should be a menu staple instead of only making a return! It was extremely flavorful!

The food was down right delicious. Best comfort food in Loveland Colorado. Cost wise was comparable to local restaurants. But, the quality and quantity does not compare to other local restaurants.
A little out of town but seriously worth the drive!
