It is a beautiful hotel. We called ahead of time with questions and get verification on our stay. It is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but the entire hallway was filled with smoke and so we had to smell it all night long. Parking is NOT free even if you're a paying guest. Someone was allowed to park and work on their filthy motor bike in the front lobby. The pool is something the kids and I always enjoy but it was so salty we couldn't stay in there for very long and the hot tub wasn't working at all. Overall, we were disappointed after paying for a nice room, not to mention the extra fee for a child even after we got a larger room to accommodate our entire family.

So. Beautiful place. Updated and great. But stayed here two nights and tvs in rooms didn’t work… throughout hotel. No discount. No notice. Just sorry. We’ll call before we stay here again.

Parking fee of $12 per night is kinda steep when there is no limited number available I do not see the point. There is a gravel lot 800 feet away you can park in.
The restaurant is limited in menu choices and not opened at all on Sunday
Hot tub was broken
The shower is open style with no curtain but they really need a heat lamp above the entry area to shower it is coooool when you shut the water off
Comfy beds great location and we DID get the parking charge removed from bill but please note it is there.

Check-in was smooth, room was adequate but setting temperature was difficult. Room service was non-existent. Change of bed and towels did not happen. Purchasing drinking water and a bottle of soda is ridiculously priced.

Stay at this courtyard regular for work and the staff is awesome and they make you feel welcome. They have my room ready ontime and always go above with a welcome gift in room. I have some different request in my room due to personal reason and they have my room as needed without me having to request it each visit! Highly recommend this property!
