Our family got together and reserved two rooms. One room had a king bed and the other room had two queens. Each room had a couch that makes into a bed with the TV. Very comfortable and roomy. They also have an indoor pool and hot tub. We had a great time together ❤️.

Huge disappointment but the potential is there so I still gave 3 stars.
We booked 6 rooms in this hotel for a family reunion trip for the sole reason of the amenities which were a HUGE let down. We were informed during the check in process that the hotel had recently been bought out and there were MANY changes in protocols and staffing.
Of the 6 rooms we rented; one the AC was broken, one the toilet was broken, and another the TV was broken.
There were no pool towels available when we arrived and were told to just use the towels in our rooms and they would replace those towels. Then, 2 hours later, when we had 11 cold and wet children needing to shower/bathe they then informed us that there were no clean towels at all and if we could give them 90 minutes they would have some dry towels.
Queue to the next morning - sign on the pool states the pool is open from 6 AM-11PM but was locked and no one could get in until after 7:30, okay no problem lets take the kids to get breakfast, waffle maker not working and out of eggs and meat....okay no problem feed all the kids toast and juice, convince them it is no big deal and that as soon as they eat, they can swim.
Check to make sure pool is open and there are towels.... YES....rush children to rooms and get swimsuits on and run back down to pool. Sign on the door "closed for cleaning" and informed cleaning takes 2 hours so please come back.
Come back 2 hours later, the new person hired did something wrong with the chemicals so the pool now has to be closed for an additional 4 hours (tooooo late we have to check out and someone has to deal with the melting children who never got to swim.)
This hotel has potential but they are not equipped to deliver what the website offers, the hassle definitely wasn't worth the higher price point.

Love this hotel. Right next to plenty of food joints, scheels, hobby lobby, and more. Great location, and the have a large waterslide for kids. They upgraded our room, and we never have any issues when staying here.

We called ahead to ensure it was a pet friendly hotel however when we got there (did not bring our dogs in yet) the girl at the front desk seemed grumpy and was on her phone not acknowledging us at first, once we were trying to checkin we wanted to double check and mentioned the dogs (small size and trained) and she was EXTREMELY rude to us over the exchange. A simple "I apologize for the miscommunication" would've been fine but instead she was extremely snappy and rude. She pulled her manager on the phone and was very sassy about it, the manager was nicer and assured we wouldn't be charged but the girl at the desk had a sour face the entire time and as we left could hear her muttering comments under her breath. We went to the hotel down the street and they were immediately much nicer and polite. Very unhappy with the lack of professionalism and manners at this place.

Really nice hotel, seems to be relatively new. Loved the fact it was next to a Scheels! Food options nearby, clean area but yet frequented by police presence. If it's an unsafe area, we didn't notice anything suspicious or criminal.
