Such a gross hotel. Couch was stained and dirty, bed obviously hadn’t been washed, pool was unclean. There was papers from previous guest on the desk, so I really don’t think the room was clean between stays. The slide was cool that my younger kids use, but definitely not worth it. Super grossed out.

Great place! You could tell they were understaffed but the front desk was doing all they could. The main issue is people checking in with a bunch of kids who don’t know how to behave. take them to grandmas, not a hotel… Because you are staying at a hotel, does not make it your home. Tell your kids to be quiet and respect others, stop running the halls. If they are bored, go let them run around (outside) Not the hotels fault, yours as an entitled person. Thanks for looking!

Checked in at 3:00, was given the wrong room. Immediately had to go down and correct it. Was up charged even though it was the room we booked. Upon arrival, at 3pm, we asked for a crib and extra pillows to be delivered to the room. Assuming this would be handled, we went off and did some things and came back around 7:30, no crib. No pillows. Called front desk and was assured they would be brought up in 5-10 minutes, 20 minutes later I called down and was told there were no cribs left. This is a huge deal because we don’t co-sleep. Asked for pillows to be brought up. Nothing. Walked downstairs 30 minutes later and picked them up myself. As if this annoyance wasn’t bad enough, upon getting into the room the couch was stained and ripped (whatever) but there were used tissues in the bathroom. We left them there. Went for a swim and the pool and slide is covered in green slime. (Whatever again) it’s a cool pool. But go upstairs to shower and the shower wouldn’t drain. I asked my husband to use his knife to open the drain pan and it is LOADED IN BLACK HAIR LIKE POUNDA OF BLACK HAIR AND LINT LIKE STUFF- so much so a knife couldn’t even cut through it. Again called the front desk. Was told she’d be up in 5. 30-40 minutes later I call down, and was told there’s nothing she can do to fix it. Just a true embarrassment on the staff.

This is by far one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stepped foot in. We came specially for the pool. We even called a day ahead to make sure everything was up and running to which they said it was. Arrived and the hot tub was closed. But the worst part was the second you walked into the pool room it smelled like a dirty fish tank! 🤮 The pool was GREEN! Not even a hint of chlorine. We asked staff to come check it out and no one did. The worst part was how many kids were playing. Exposure to high levels of algae can cause horrible rashes! Our kids swam for about 10 min and we realized this wasn’t safe. We quickly showered them in a rust-stained shower and checked out, requesting a full refund. I hope the health department gets involved!

First off we were “greated” by a very unfriendly and unhappy desk clerk who gave us no instructions on breakfast, pool, wifi etc. she was just like “here’s your key, your rooms down that way” we then I had to call the front desk to get our WiFi password which is just unnecessary, most hotels provide this on a card inside the hotel rooms. Then while we were relaxing on our bed before we went to swim a maid walked in our room to stock towels. I don’t understand this.. we just checked into a clean well stocked ready to go room, why is this lady coming in? We went swimming and there were no towels in the pool area so the kids and to run to our room and use the shower towels. I went to the front desk that night to get more towels and there was no one at the desk. I waited for a bit but the desk is right in front of the front doors so I was freezing and there is no bell to ring to get the employees attention. So I went back my room and called the front desk and asked for more towels. I was greated by another unfriendly clerk who told me I have to come get the towels from the front desk. I was like “well I did and no one was there” every other hotel I’ve stayed at brings you what you need directly to your room.I was trying to be courteous by going myself. The breakfast was okay but many things were out including syrup and we didn’t find that out until after we spent 10 minutes in line for the waffle maker. Overall a very inconvenient hotel, definitely not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
