It was my first time in here tonight. Just your average Burlington Coat Factory was the same average things nothing different. If that’s what you’re looking for then come here shows were pretty stocked it just about every department no issues.
Great store to shop at. But the cashier was not a person that should be up in the front. She's not that friendly, not only to me but to the customers in front of me. I have had the unfortunate to have her the last two times that I went there and she is very rude. I didn't catch your name but she's an older tall lady, dresses real sloppy. Do something about her and you would have a five-star store...
Was here in line and cashier Rebecca was very demeaning to a young women. Enough to upset both me and a couple of other customers in line. We don't need to be embarrassing a person if they have a disability and or if they didn't understand what she was saying and then to pull a person's race into as Rebecca did. This Young lady understood English but may have had a delay and Rebecca's words were extremely uncalled for and not professional at all. I will probably never shop here again.
Sign says open until 10 PM every day. Passed by at 930 needing an emergency pair of snowboots (my daughters got ruined last minute) and the doors were closed with associates clearly ignoring me. Just update your hours if you rather close early
Terrible management and care of their employees. As someone who's been in customer service well over 15 years, this is exactly the opposite of how you treat your staff. We went tonight, there was easily 10 families in front of us in line, carts overflowing, with one single elderly cashier. We approached management and asked if another employee could come ease the rush, and were told it's "not their job" and "that's now how they do things at this store" as they were cleaning trash out of carts and pacing back and forth by the front doors. Another manager approached and told us there was nothing they could do to ease the painful rush. Kudos to the lady running the show, without losing her smile and exposure. She certainly deserves better treatment than that.
