Kelly and her team was amazing! Went in for an oil change and a headlight bulb change. They did their safety inspection and let me know my break pads were needing to be done. They were able to get me done the same day. The price was great too! Definitely would recommend them for for all my car service needs.

So slow! Came in on a Wednesday morning at 10:30 and asked for an oil change and to look at my breaks. They said you'll be right in, and they pulled my car within minutes of my arrival.
An hour and a half later they present a quote for 5K. They found all sorts of problems for me, none were news to me though. I told them all I needed was the oil changed and to know the status of my breaks.
They told me that the techs were now on a lunch break and couldn't START the oil change for another 30-60 minutes. I arrived at 10:30, I paid and left the facility at 12:40

I am truly impressed with Kelly and her team; I feel taken care of. They diagnosed my bad wheel bearings and replaced them on the same day. It made such a difference in my drive, I didn't even know how bad it had gotten... Kelly is extremely knowledgeable and I would trust any vehicle in her care. 10 out of 10 recommend this shop to anyone.

Kelly at brakes plus is amazing to work with. We were in a rush situation due to travel and family emergency. She got us in a fixed up in no time. The Johnstown Brakes plus has always provided great service for all our needs and this time they even went beyond expectation.

Kelly is absolutely amazing. Very thorough and provides excellent customer service. The process was quick and filled with quality. I will not be going anywhere else for my auto needs! I highly suggest you don’t either.
