Had this hotel reserved for room blocks for our wedding. The reason I booked them because they were one of the fastest at responding to me and the cheapest rate. Being a Best Western I thought they would have all the amenities that any Best Western has. My wife's grandma called to reserve a room in the block and specifically asked for a handicap accessible room. They told her that wouldn't be a problem. She also called again to request a roll away bed and they told her they would have one for her at check in. The voicemail for the hotel was always full and almost every time you call no one would answer the phone. When we checked in they told her that they did not have handicap accessible rooms because the hotel is to old, even though it states they have accessible rooms. The "accessible" room they gave her had really high beds, a high wall tub/shower combo with a couple pull bars and narrow doorways. Also at check in she asked for her roll away bed and they told her they don't do roll away beds, even though when she called and asked they told her it would be no problem. The restaurant only had a limited menu. The pool and fire pit was nice and had a great breakfast variety.

I was disappointed with the restaurant. The food that I ordered was exceptionally slow to be brought out, especially for as few customers as there were in the place! Then when I got my order to my room, it was not even hot.
I will think twice before staying at Best Western Loveland again. I was never acknowledged as a Diamond Select Rewards member and only received 500 points for my weeklong stay !

I stayed here for a wedding and if you want a clean hotel don’t stay here. We found 2 wasps in our room, dead bugs everywhere and a centipede. When we told the hotel about it there was no remorse and told us the hotel is next to a field and what did we expect? No refund, no apologies or offer to change rooms. There is a lingering scent of smoke throughout the hotel and the “free” breakfast was spoiled…yogurt was warm bc the fridge was broken, coffee taste like dirt. The “exercise room” can maybe fit 2 people in it, why even have one? I guess you get what you pay for… but I would expect more from best western. The only good thing is there are tons of places to eat and drink in the area so you are not forced to be at the hotel.

I wanted to share this in hopes someone who was considering this hotel would see it and not make the same mistake I made. I needed to stay one night in Loveland while I waited to pick up a camping trailer I bought. I was traveling with my cat. I called every hotel in Loveland and settled on the Best Western because I was told the price was $115 + $25 for my cat + tax. Well, I got home to a bill that was $203. Called once, was told they would send me an itemized receipt. I did not get that so I called the next day and was basically told it is what it is. The room I stayed in was disgusting. The smell made me dry heave. It was falling apart and there were cockroaches which my cat ate but still. One fell from the ceiling as I got into bed. The refrigerator made horrible noises all night long. The people above me sounded like they were going to fall through the ceiling. And the people next to me stayed up scream talking to each other until 3 a.m. This was my worst hotel experience and the price I paid for such a bad experience is ridiculous. Avoid this hotel at all costs, especially if you have a pet. For $200 I could have stayed at the La Quinta. I am so disappointed. Do not make the same mistake I made.

Discovered in the morning after spending a night, that the room was infested with bedbugs. I had been bitten, with blood spots and one dead bedbug left behind on the bedsheet. We also found active bedbugs crawling on both beds and on the walls above the headboard.
Management at least documented and gave a full refund. However, they did not seem surprised. 😩
