I was assisted by an associate named Brent which was awesome and he helped out a great deal. The only reason I came to this store was because of how awesome Brent is. Good luck and great job by Brent. Best regards, customer....
5 stars for friendly employees, 1 star for BB&B’s policies. Found a blanket that was in the wrong spot claiming it was on sale for $94. The bag was also ripped open and the blanket exposed, so I took it up to the register to see the price but it was apparently a $300 blanket. I asked if I could at least get a discount for the fact that the packaging was destroyed (likely far before it was in the store, probably during shipping) but they said they don’t offer any sort of discount on that, so I left. Who is going to buy a $300 blanket in a destroyed package? No one. It’s no wonder BB&B is on the verge of shutting down.
The store is under construction so prices aren’t marked on items and things are hard to find. It’s in a disarray. The bathrooms are filthy. But the good thing is they took the time to look up our discount while the one in Ft. Collins said they thought it expired.
Never an employee on the floor to help, hate the remodel, hate circling trying to find item and a employee. Lines at the service and register don't make it possible to ask a question.
The cashier was extremely helpful and courteous. The bathroom had no soap in the dispensers. That's especially disappointing in this day and age.
