I have been a customer with a business account and personal account for many years. I have been treated so haphazardly; so poorly by this company time and time again. I struggle to find humanity in banks and finance.
Not once did any one individual reach out to talk about my accounts, or my business, or maybe try to understand what was going on. No one bothered to stop $800 from leaving my account due to fraud, I had to do that myself. No one tried to help me, even when I came in to ask for some simple answers to some simple questions about how to best use my business account, I was referred to a website. No one reached out to say anything other than "can we close the account?" What kind of business operates like that?
You lost a customer for good today.

Lindsey Power is wonderful to work with! She is detail oriented, communicates as an amazing level and is super kind to work with. it took me a long time to move from a big box bank i was with for about 20 yrs. the big box bank finally pushed me past all acceptable limits when they held funds. Lindsey made getting signed up with Bank of Colorado super easy. I've so enjoyed their services and systems, in addition to working with Lindsey.

It's a bit tricky to get to if you don't already know where it is. At least, my GPS had me driving around in circles.
I used the drive-through, so I don't know what it's like inside. The window service was great, though! There was already someone at the window, so no waiting. She handled my transaction surprisingly quickly, too. Good experience; recommended.

They rock! Great people. Friendly service. Deems is a stand-up pro. Do both my business and personal banking here and they've been the easiest to work with I've had. I recommend them to friends and clients all the time. As for the negative reviews, it's probably not the best idea to show up 5 minutes before closing time anywhere. Just saying.
