Exceptional service, from everyone I've interacted with here. On my last two visits I wasn't exactly a low-maintenance customer, and I never for a moment felt unwelcome, or like a burden. Best retail shopping experience than I've had in years, I wish I remember the names of the ladies and young gentleman who helped me out. Staff here seem happy and motivated. Strongly recommend.

My daughter found a dress at the store that she really liked, but we didn't get it when we were there that day. I called the next day and the sales clerk found and shipped the dress to us immediately. No hesitation. She served me gladly and helpfully. Not only is my daughter excited to get the dress, I am left with a feeling of good will thanks to gracious service.

I have a very high expectation of customer service and both sales people I met today were exceptional. They proactively let me know if I needed another size they would check online and call other stores to find it - and they did for three items. They made me feel like a valued customer and deserve 5 stars! Thank you.

I needed to buy a suit for an upcoming job interview and I've never bought or worn a suit before. I went to the Loveland store and Karen was awesome here! I spent at least an hour here trying things on unsure of what I was looking for. She was very patient and helped me figure out what looked best. I found exactly what I needed! I would definitely recommend them for your suiting needs especially if you aren't quite sure what you're looking for.

Best Banana experience ever! I was greeted instantly by Shawn and then taken care of the entire time. He was so helpful, getting me different sizes in the dressing room, and very attentive but not overbearing. Definitely will be back and it might just be to talk to the brand ambassadors! Thank you Shawn!
