Dr McIntosh always makes it a priority to listen to me and be human. It’s refreshing in our world of health care. The staff is always friendly and efficient here. I hope that Village Medical knows they have a gem and improves the back end support of these people.

I have been going to this facility for many years, specifically to see Dr. Palmascno. She’s amazing! She takes the time and listens to my concerns; and, is very proactive in getting the treatment plan in place for me. The nurse who checked me in today spent a lot of time with me. She was very helpful. Staff is also efficient and helpful!

I have immense respect and admiration for the physicians at the Foxtail Office; they are caring, compassionate, and excellent at what they do. I find myself consistently recommending them to others. That being said... I wish they would leave Village Medical and open their own independent practice, as my family's experience with Village Medical has been less than satisfactory. Since Village Medical has taken over it is scheduling appointments has become a challenge, navigating the new portal is ridiculous, and the billing process has been frustrating, to say the least. Similar to a previous patient's experience, our family had encountered unexpected charges for discussing health concerns during routine wellness visits; despite these discussions being integral to comprehensive care. As the previous patient stated, "BEWARE that when during a routine physical, the Dr. asks you if you have anything you would like to talk about regarding your health or well being, each of those items you discuss are chargable". It's interesting that I can email (hopefully they wont eventually try to charge for that too) the doctor about the skin issue my child was having, but when I brought it up again at her wellness exam after being asked, we were charged. (Their Acknowledgement of Potential Charges even says skin exam is included in a wellness exam). It's disheartening to feel like basic communication with our doctor is now being monetized by Village Medical. I wish I knew how to dispute the charges, but despite attempts to address billing the discrepancies, I've been met with unhelpful responses and even rudeness from the billing department. It seems evident that Village Medical's approach may prioritize profit over patient care, leaving many of us feeling discouraged compared to our prior experiences at the Foxtail Office.

My husband has been going here for years and my daughter and I also use village medical as our primary care. It has always been a great experience and even with new doctors coming on board and others leaving, it is still the same excellent care and every doctor there has been a great experience!

I love Dr. Bechis, she really takes the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I am so sad she is leaving. After my appointment today, I went to my car and started to cry. I don't know if any off the other doctors will be concerned on what I'm going through. You are the best Dr. Bechis. Thank you so much for taking great care of me! Good luck in your new adventure, I wish you well.
