    Very dirty place, bathroom was filthy. No toilet paper in either men's or women's bathroom. Sink hasn't been washed in months. There were no paper towels. Floor was disgusting, trash spilling out from the trash can outside. Sause station was almost empty except for ketchup. We were the only ones there. Food Didn't taste good, ordered a chicken wrap, and the tortilla tasted like a cardboard. It was awful. I wish I had never visited that place

    12/26/23 6pm. I’ve given this location 3 tries now. No more. Let me start by saying I worked at fast food restaurants as a teenager. Back then the pay was $3.25 an hour. I always showered before work and looked presentable. Even at that pay I always gave great customer service cause that was my job. I chose to work there. I ordered a # 2 with curly fries no drink. When I got to the window I realized I didn’t order the half pound sandwich. I had ordered the regular. When the employee and I use that term very lightly. He looked like he hadn’t showered or even washed his face in days, and need I even mention his sloppy greasy hair stuffed in the Arby’s cap. Anyway when that came to window I asked him if I could add a second sandwich to my order. Basically I asked him if I could give the establishment he worked at more money he threw a fit. Rolling his eyes looking at his similar look alike buddies that worked there and shrugging his shoulders. I then realized I didn’t want my sandwich defiled so I said never mind. I paid and left. I had also asked for Arby’s sauce and not to my surprise it was not in the bag. Never again. Do not waste your time at this location. Go to fuzzies across to the west instead. It’s amazing how much these places pay now days and still can not find good help.

    Employee was freshly groomed, looking sharp, and great manners greeted perfectly took my order got it right in, but on the other hand, I don’t know what’s going on with Arby’s but the pandemic is over and they should have open their lobby at all times when they are in business hours and also many times before I’ve come to an Arby’s any Arby’s and they fail to give you napkins. That is why we took off two stars lobby and napkins. Food was fresh and hot and plenty of cheese so much and I really needed a napkin. The wait time in the drive-through was not that bad, I was the second one in line. Yes I know Arby’s gets busy sometimes but even when I got to the window it was only a five minute or less. Wait to get my food so kudos to you Arby’s. I will definitely be coming back to this Arby’s.

    I went here in November and still haven't been able to shake off how disgusting the restaurant is. It is filthy. The floors are sticky, the tables are dirty, the seats are dirty, the station to get ketchup, Arbys sauce etc was sticky, dirty, and all were empty except for a few drops of hot sauce and there were no little cups to fill, ugh, the fountain soda station was a mess! The food was awful and tasted old and cold and it really upsets me that we wasted our money there. Do not recommend.

    I ordered through their app. When I got to the restaurant there was only one other customer but I still waited for 10 minutes (past my pick up time) and had to ask an employee behind the counter if my order was received. He said yes, then packed it and gave it to me. I would have let this slide… however when I got home I realized that they only gave me 3 of the 4 sandwiches I ordered and pre-payed for. I filed a complaint on the app, the manager called me the next day at work, I returned her call (left a message) and haven’t heard anything back. It’s been a week. Really poor customer service.
